These people are awesome. Courteous. Professional. Prompt.

This people went from decent to SCAM artist in flash. At first was fine, but lately when I called about missing order. They actually politely tell you to go deal with Post Office. I called Post Office to entertain my self, they actually started laughing at situation and said they rarely even try to look for lost package's unless they turn up by them self's. Since I'm not shipper meaning their customer, I cant even file claim. They suggested that I stop doing business with them and file consumer complaint. They bill insurance company and send you away, SCAM...

They are top notch! Mike was very helpful and great to deal with. I highly recommend them.

I'm very disappointed to have to give such a bad review but I have not had a good experience with Medic at all. The gentleman who came to my home and fitted me for my CPAP is wonderful. Other than my interaction with him ~ everything else has fallen short from what I was told to expect from their salesman. This is not what I expect from a small company like this. When I had problems from the start; first they blamed their third party company following up. Then they also blamed my Dr. It's always someone elses fault. (And yes, it really was their fault, even though they denied it). That wouldn't have been so bad since people do make mistakes but their service never got any better even after knowing the problems that existed. Now I don't get any calls for supplies even though I was told I would. I'll probably be looking for another home care company since they're aware of the problems and haven't taken any steps to rectify it.

Great expertise, willing to help, quick turn around and friendly staff.

What a wonderful experience my wife had dealing with the company. She received personal service from the Respiratory Therapist who came to the house and instructed her on all aspects of the CPAP. The customer care department is is a joy to deal with. I have to admit, the staff dealt with my wife in a caring and professional manner, even though she can be hard to deal with.
