I was only there to pickup a patient and the security officer at main entrance was very polite and helpful considering I wasn't allowed in the hospital.

I've never been to Pine Bluff, AR since I could speak, but apparently, I was born there at this hospital. I decided to leave a review because I saw other reviews calling this place trash. I was born there and I'm still alive 28 years later, so they can't be too terrible a place... Thanks for not dropping me on my head. 5 stars.

I had a wonderful experience at JRMC!
I had a procedure at the same day surgical center and everyone I dealt with was terrific.

Horrible communication about my critically ill relative. I do not recommend this hospital. It seems they don't care.

I have always received awesome care at jrmc, I've read some of the negative comments and thought to myself maybe they just don't know about jrmc medical counterparts in other countys, none of them are how you say perfect but jrmc holds their own as far as I'm concerned, they have a truly dedicated nursing staff, grateful their serving Jefferson County

My husband's Little Rock urologist assured us we could get in and out procedure at JRMC radiology department within 30 mins. My past experience has always been horrible haven't used this hospital in about 15 years. My husband reluctantly agreed this turned out to be a bad mistake. My husband's procedure on August 6th arrived at 7:45. I had no updates for two hours person at desk was clueless, requested she call someone for update, was told his blood sugar was high they had to give insulin to bring it down. The waiting room had no hand sanitizers, they had made no effort to space chairs apart for safe distance. At 11am once again had to ask for update was told he was just going back. At 12:15 desk personal stated you can go get your car he's being discharged. Fully expected the radiologist or a nurse to call me about his procedure and give instructions on how to care for surgical incision and new appliance. I ask to speak to a nurse was told orders were to do procedure nothing else. I ask for after care instructions on dressing change, new appliance placed in his abdominal was told they had no orders for aftercare. My husband was brought to vehicle still sedated, was not feed or given a drink after receiving insulin and general anesthesia and still had foley cath in place. I ask nurse to take him back inside hospital till she could get orders to remove foley. The nurse stated " I tried and can't get orders to remove foley or instructions for post op care." I was given hand written note to flush new appliance twice a day with no supplies. My husband was basically kicked out with no post op instructions. The nurse said we were told to perform procedure nothing else I called nurse manager and administration was promised someone would be coming out to parking lot to get him and help solve this issue after 45 minutes sitting in car nothing was resolved.

I had great nurses and great Doctors. My aides made sure my sister who was at the hospital with me and myself had everything we needed. I was in ICU and on the surgery floor. 3 northeast
