Robbery and mobile phone stolen on January 1, 2017. Reported to the police and with that reported to the insurance of the telephone. The order was not visible on their network in the media market in Roeselare.
Now after complaint via mail and telephone, the order is simply removed.

I never buy at Mediamarkt again.

Gisteren online gekocht, half uurtje later (17u50) stond ik daar in een rij van 7 mensen om mijn product af te halen. 1 klant later komt een personeelslid naar buiten en zegt: "Het is 18u, de winkel is gesloten" en ze sluit alle deuren.

So far, no better service has been received than here. Exchange even without a receipt without any problem. The store employees are also not only enthusiastic about what they do but also about the goods. They do not always recommend the most expensive ones as in other stores, they look at which product suits you best. Super! Friendly staff ... sometimes went for a promo that turned out to be sold out. The article could be ordered with an advance. Had to wait weeks and make several phone calls to get news. Received several promises and eventually remained empty-handed and paid back the advance. Don't miss the same promo (at the competition). The device had to come from the media market in Brussels, but it turned out that instead of sending it, they had simply sold it to other customers! : ((
