Media Exchange Review

Used to be good when they 1st opened years ago. Now they are overpriced and the staff is to busy talking and playing to help. The selection is small now, it's bad when GameStop has better prices.

Listen i work at sonic and i still agree with most the ppl on here. Game stop gives u in store credit last i heard. These ppl give you cash. My opinion matters just like the rest of yours I say media exchange is the best.

The place is good to by your games and movies because it can make you seem like you are in a movie theater

the store is very great, really cheap movies,games,console and other stuff it depends if its new i bought a game there once never had to return it.if its a console you might wanna check it before buying it or a phone a tablet controllers and dvd's.

These guys are very knowledgeable and give you the best price in town

dont get there 10 minutes before they close because once is ten a clock the lady who work there 2 nights ago she was pushing us to pick a movie.

first of all I get out from work at 9 pm all the way to far east and I decide to go to northeast just because i like the place and this is how she treat you.

so once is 10 pm you got to stop looking for the movie you were looking for.

They sell you void PlayStation 4 then you go to resell it now they won't take it. Avoid buying consoles here

From oldschool and new movies.. used or new games .. phones or consoles.. this is the place... really good prices

Ever since the store opened its doors (about 2 years ago) I've bought my movies and video games here. it has the biggest selection of movies and the cheapest video games in here. I recommend it. P.S I don't really recommend you too sell a movie or a video game here, they won't give you that much unless it's any video game item such as, game consoles, game controllers, etc.

I'm a permanent fixture at Media Exchange due to my kid, although I wish they had more game choices for PS4

I bought alot of movies and had to exchange them. One of the movies is scratched in every copy they're exchanged and wouldn't give me a refund. Next time we purchased a ps4 controller and had the same problem

Bought 5 games was super excited to come home and play... Just to be disappointed that all games didn't work.
I though ah let me go back and exchange not a big deal but what I got was a rude Manager who acted as if I didn't have the right to ask for an exchange after they sold scratched up unplayable games. Spent 2 days going back and forth exchanging copy after copy to try and get games I could play and sadly I made the decision to just ask for a refund. Never again. Stay away from this place.

I do like the place and they are helpful but they really don't give you much for your games. I had about 50 bucks worth in games and they gave me 19 bucks.

This place sucks... I gave them about 20 XBOX ONE games and I only got 15$ and the customer service is horrible! The workers are rude as well as the Manager

They did not have the paticular item I was looking for, the employee saw ys at the counter but proceeded to chit chat with his coworkers

I'm very sorry. I've actually never set foot in your store. Google was asking me to review my visit to your store because it thought I went in, I was next door. I thought I just dismissed the prompt.

The workers are always nice with a positive attitude no matter how tedious the request is and they always tell you if they dont have an item where you can find it

They have a not bad selection at decent prices. Some of the newer stuff is a bit pricey but they will buy old consoles and games

not much of a selection when it comes to PS4 games. For being a used gaming store their prices were not much different than Wal-Mart. A previously owed PS4 controller is $39 with them and at Wal-Mart a brand new one is $46. Knowing how rough people can be on gaming systems I would rather pay the extra $8 and make get it new.

DO NOT GO TO MEDIA EXCHANGE THEY GIVE THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED I ASKED TO SPEAK WITH A MANAGER AND HE WAS WORSE THEN THE ACTUAL CLERK I WAS GONNA SELL MY PS3 TO THEM BECAUSE I WAS QUOTED $190 OVER THE PHONE AND WHEN I GOT THERE THEY SWITCHED IT TO $100 ON ME AND I DIDNT THINK THAT WAS NICE AT ALL SO I TOLD THE GIRL WHY DID YOU ALL LIE TO ME IF THAT WAS THE CASE I WOULD OF NEVER WASTED MY TIME AND THE GIRL SAID SORRY THATS NOT MY PROBLEM YOU DONT HAVE TO SELL IT TO US! THEY TOLD ME THEY DONT NEED ME AS A CUSTOMER THAT THEY WOULD BE PERFECT WITHOUT ME REALLY?? WHO SAYS THAT TO A CUSTOMER?? THEY ALSO SAID THAT I WASNT HIS CUSTOMER BECAUSE I WASNT BUYING ANYTHING THAT HE WAS MY CUSTOMER BECAUSE I WANTED TO SELL HIM MY PS3 ?? I've been here 10 years and never been to this place. Definitely a hidden gem. I was looking for a new piece of equipment for my office and found exactly what I needed and quickly. The staff was very helpful and gave me the right amount of knowledge to help me make the best decision. And the price was very good. I will definitely be back.

The product prices are pretty good but customer service is absolutely terrible. And return/exchange policy is a sham.

Good selection, find a lot of movies and games that are hard to find at other stores. All new games are $10 lower than everywhere else.

Great video and game collection. Too bad the videos are all lumped together. They should separate them into genres. They buy old games, systems, and videos.

Love the people who work there, they've got enough good quality products there to build Iron Man. Oh and the prices are fair too.
