Dr. Rita Delollis was the best doctor I have ever had in my life. She followed me for 20 almost 21 years. I could tell she truly cared about me, and each and every staff member whether it was a nurse or a receptionist made me feel as comfortable as possible. She goes above and beyond at her job, making sure I was 100% taken care of. When I needed vitamins or stool softeners and couldn t afford it over the counter, she made sure to send them in as prescriptions so I wouldn t have to pay. She always went the extra mile and provided all the documentation I needed in a fast and timely manner. She wasn t just concerned about my routine physicals, she cared about my emotional well-being too. When I ran out of my medication, she had my back. When I needed something urgently that was more for a specialty doctor, she STILL had my back. She is extremely thorough in her examinations, making sure she doesn t miss the slightest detail. She always knew the perfect doctor to make referrals for, and also knew who not to trust. You can seriously tell she truly cares about her patients, she will do everything in her power for them. We have been with this practice and Dr. Clifford for five years now. We found this practice and Dr. Jeanne Clifford accidentally when we had recently moved to the state and needed a pediatrician close to our rental place for first few months.
But we loved her so much that I have continued with them even after moving farther away! Dr. Clifford is so calm and puts you totally at ease. I have never seen her rushing through her appointments. When she is in the room with you, she gives you all the time you need. She answers all questions in a manner we can understand, and sometimes answers the same questions multiple times without getting annoyed!
When I was expecting my second child I made sure immediately that Dr. Clifford was accepting new patients and that she will be our pediatrician again. Both my kids love her! My two year old toddler has never cried during her appointment with Dr. Clifford and that's saying something.
Over the years we have had to go to other specialists and sub-specialists, and I realized that Dr. Clifford was always up to date on their recommendations and reviewed all their notes before she came to see my child. This made me feel like she is equally invested in whats going on with my child. I am just so glad she is our pediatrician and would highly recommend her.

I find this practice TOTALLY disgusting!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have a very sick child and they terminated my daughter from the practice all because there is a balance on her account of $100....that is her fathers responsibility...Way too go and be all about patient care and NOT the money

Please i beg all parents who loves their children don't go to this place...my son is 8 months now and we just figured out that he has allergic to milk protein from another pediatrician ...Medford pediatric told us he has acid reflux and increased my baby's syrup dose. he was suffering for a month with sleepless nights and crys in pain all they told was teeting or acid reflux but i always had a doubt and consulted another pediatric and within a day they told he has allergy ...
Whenever i wanted to see the doc they will give appointments only when my doc is avalible ...even if i say i am ok with other doc's they will say i should treat my baby only with the specific doc which we see everytime ...
The doctors did not update their knowledge about the new medicines in market ...they still stick to the old theory ...no quick remedies or steps will be taken by them....plz plz plz parents don't take ur children here...my baby suffered a lot because of them..he was untreated ...thank god my mother's instinct told me to go to another pediatrician and now i got a solution orelse my baby would have suffered for longer ....Nothing is more painful then to see ur baby crying in pain...
