Dr. Rita Delollis was the best doctor I have ever had in my life. She followed me for 20 almost 21 years. I could tell she truly cared about me, and each and every staff member whether it was a nurse or a receptionist made me feel as comfortable as possible. She goes above and beyond at her job, making sure I was 100% taken care of. When I needed vitamins or stool softeners and couldn t afford it over the counter, she made sure to send them in as prescriptions so I wouldn t have to pay. She always went the extra mile and provided all the documentation I needed in a fast and timely manner. She wasn t just concerned about my routine physicals, she cared about my emotional well-being too. When I ran out of my medication, she had my back. When I needed something urgently that was more for a specialty doctor, she STILL had my back. She is extremely thorough in her examinations, making sure she doesn t miss the slightest detail. She always knew the perfect doctor to make referrals for, and also knew who not to trust. You can seriously tell she truly cares about her patients, she will do everything in her power for them.
