I like to listen to intimate concerts in this place, with prices always affordable. It's just missing a few stools because there is nothing to put your bottom a little, too bad, I would stay there to consume longer :)

The Maison Folie Wazemmes is a former textile mill (1855), reworked by Dutch architectural agency NOX and Lars Spuybroek. Contemporary and 19C industrial architecture are blended to great effect. The building's 5 000m2 space is now given over to artists' studios, shows, exhibitions and performances. There is a hammam in the brick vaulted basement.

I was there for the soup party, if you're not from Lille come early then it's a graveyard, that drunk people but dead drunk and a heavy atmosphere. The quality of music was not at the appointment.
