MedEnvios Healthcare Review

I was very disappointed and unimpressed with Customer Service! My father's glucometer stopped working. When I asked if they could overnight the meter, I was met with a big NO! Because of medicare... we were previously with another company and in emergency situations the company would overnight the products, no matter where he might be at the time. In this case, the representative acted as a gatekeeper. Then I asked if she could ask the manager, and she too said NO. How does this make Medenvios great, when they worry more about saving costs than assisting an elderly person with dire needs, and asking them to wait 5 to 7 days!! This is not great customer service as some of the employees tout on this site.

This company has called me 20 times since March 30. Five times today! We don't know how they got our number, but they will be hearing from our attorney.

Really this Advertises is almost ridiculos, How you can said: (DOCTOR ENVIO LA POLIZA DE SEGURO). NEVER DOCTORS HAVEN'T TO SEND ANY INSURED POLICE TO NOBODY, CUSTOMER IS WHO GIVE (INFORMATION ABOUT THEIR INSURE, "INFORMATION" NOT TO SEND THE INSURANCE POLICY (RIDICULOUS).

As my father got older I needed to simplify his diabetes management so his Dr. recommended MedEnvios and I am glad he did because my dad is getting his testing supplied delivered to his house, on time and without any trips to the pharmacy or calls to me "(his son)" that he is out of testing or insulin supplies. I would highly recommend MedEnvios to anyone who is Diabetic.

Get calls and faxes constantly harassing me despite telling them to stop. Refuse to work with them and would guard patients to avoid using them as well.

Definitely do not trust this company send a letter that they want you to sign to steal you please do not fall into trap

My elderly father was tricked into their services. After he declined their services they started contacting me. After I asked to have my number removed I have been receiving dozens of silent robo calls from multiple numbers. Be careful doing business with this company.

I am proud to work 24 years at MedEnvios because it deserves all my respect and admiration, unfortunately there are people who come to work at Medenvios but when they cannot do their job correctly they slander the company and workers.

I do business with MedEnvios and can tell you this organization is a class act. They have been very attentive to my needs and their customer service is excellent. When I initially inquired they called me back within just a few minutes. I would highly recommend them not only for value but for service alone.

Worst diabetes supplies ever, don t buy from them, it s junk, the insulin pen is horrible, they won t send one touch out, they are another rip off company! If you want to downgrade diabetes supplies go for it.

My mom ran out of supplies after waiting for her regular package and despite of having called several times to inquire the package was still not being sent. The rep told us after I pressed for an answer and solution that they had a billing issue and that I would need to go and pick it up myself today. My mother has suffered from other service delays and I tell her that she needs to switch companies if possible.

This company is a garbage! They sold me the wrong product and when I called them to tell them they blamed me and told them I was going to return them and they returned my money and they received it 3 weeks ago and I still do not receive my refund, I call them and they put pretexts that there is no one available in the sales department and they tell me that they are going to return the call to me and I just have to call them lies, I hope that they return my money and they are not thieves. I do not recommend it, they take their medication elsewhere.

I called twice to order couple medical devices for my brother. Their site says that they are open 24 hours a day, l inquired about those items but the lady who responded the call named Fernanda, didn t even bothered to take the time to explain anything nor she wanted to listen to what I needed.
Lousy service, and careless employees.

Terrible service over the phone. Whiny and not helpful attempting to collect personal information.

I am having problems with the lady who answers the phone... She is very rude and she is not sending me my supply of glucose strips since 6 months ago... i asked her why and she is always blaming the doctor, I asked the doctor and he said he sent the rx long time ago... So who should I believe?

First of all here everyone is legal in fact the vast majority are citizens and registered with fingerprints I have been working here since 2012 and have never had a complaint is one of the few companies that comply with the rules of medicare at the foot of the letter and we try to give the best possible attention to customers !!!!
