Customer service in store was perfect but the service does not care about keeping customers and just hikes the prices up and when you complain say they can do nothing and then the supervisor says the same thing "they do not negotiate their price" when they do also i disconnected and used a different service WOW! payed me 125$ to start on them and spectrum then said they would lower to 49.99 after i already installed because i was actually in the disconnect process my tip is disconnect and they will lower your price over getting new providers first because they are stupid..
The uploads should not be done more than once a day. Also should not initiate an upload if the box is being used. My box uploaded twice (at 15 minutes each time) tonight. Unacceptable.
Terrible company to work for. Low pay, fast turnover rate, rude customers, may or may not pay you on time or not pay you at all.
