One of the worst companies I've dealt with. Always having to show explanation of benefits, not wanting to pay out claims. So worried about irs term and conditions when it the individuals rights to pay taxes

The people who work there are overall nice. I have talked with some of the most understanding people even though they could not help me. **** DO NOT recommend this insurance. I have taken VACATION days OFF almost all of them to figure out insurance stuff. OUTdated and they will give you years of run around. Not worth it.
