Minnesota Children's Museum: A Place for Play and Learning
Are you looking for a fun and educational experience for your children? Look no further than the Minnesota Children's Museum! Our museum is dedicated to providing a safe, interactive, and engaging environment where children can learn through play.
At the Minnesota Children's Museum, we believe that play is essential to a child's development. It helps them develop social skills, creativity, problem-solving abilities, and much more. That's why we offer a wide range of exhibits and activities that encourage hands-on exploration.
Our museum features permanent exhibits such as The Scramble, which is an indoor climbing structure that allows kids to explore their physical abilities while also learning about physics. We also have Imaginopolis, which is an exhibit designed specifically for children under five years old. This exhibit encourages imaginative play with its interactive elements such as a mini grocery store and puppet theater.
In addition to our permanent exhibits, we also have rotating exhibits that change throughout the year. These exhibits are designed around different themes such as science or art and provide new opportunities for learning through play.
One of our most popular events is Free Family Nights which happens every third Sunday of each month from 4 pm-7 pm where families can enjoy free admission into the museum!
We understand that not all families have access to our physical location in St Paul so we created "Play at Home" program where families can access free online resources including videos on how-to make crafts at home or science experiments using household items!
At Minnesota Children’s Museum safety comes first! We follow strict cleaning protocols throughout the day so you can feel confident bringing your family here during these times.
Overall, the Minnesota Children's Museum provides an excellent opportunity for children to learn through play in a safe environment. With its wide range of exhibits and activities designed specifically for kids of all ages - it’s no wonder why it has been voted one of America’s top ten children museums by Parents Magazine! Come visit us today - we are open for play!
