Med one group Review

I worked here for a few years, and it was amazing! They are precise and careful with customer care, and they also take great care of their employees. The management is fantastic and fair with their business, and I always felt valued.

Update:
I still enjoy working for Med One. In the home office, they are now providing healthy snacks for all employees. It's great when you get too busy to go anywhere for food but you need something to help keep you going.

I have worked for Med One going on 9 years now. Med One has been the best place I have worked for in my career. The two owners are very involved in the business and day to day activities and are two of the most thoughtful and genuine people I have ever met. And if things don't go right the first time, we work very hard to make it right. We aren't perfect, but we are definitely doing the best we can to develop strong relationships with our customers. Our goal is simple, make medical equipment available. Each day we do everything we can to accomplish our goal.

Med One is a fantastic place to work and a remarkably unique company. I'm not aware of another company that does exactly what Med One does in terms of its combination of leasing, rental, and equipment services specifically in the hospital space. The feedback we consistently get from customers highlight simple, straightforward, honest, responsive and customer friendly approach to doing business. I love this great company!!

As a member of the Med One's board of directors I have been incredibly impressed with the organizations focus on customers and customer service above all else. Typically in any board meeting a lot of focus is on financial and operational performance, and while those things are not ignored the primary attention, time and time again is, "how can we do it better, quicker, and easier for the customer". Size and volume of business makes no difference, every customer and vendor is as important as the next.
