As a member of the Med One's board of directors I have been incredibly impressed with the organizations focus on customers and customer service above all else. Typically in any board meeting a lot of focus is on financial and operational performance, and while those things are not ignored the primary attention, time and time again is, "how can we do it better, quicker, and easier for the customer". Size and volume of business makes no difference, every customer and vendor is as important as the next. It really an honor and pleasure to be associated with such a fine company and group of individuals. Randy C. Emery
