I m reporting y all scamming behinds! If you received an email from these con artists, don t click on any links! They emailed me a fake bill when i have never been there nor have i ever seen this establishment!!!!
I keep receiving this paper bill from them saying I owe $565 for "reading" Radiology services, and threating they would sent me to collection.
Lol I got a bill from this radiologist and have literally never been there in my life.
Worst service,. My wife had a surgery in 2013 to put a stunt for a aneurism. The stunt didn't open on one side and the whole Artery got closed in two years without any blood supply. We have to do a MRI angio every year due to their mistake and make sure everything is right for brain's blood supply. We need to pay and being in risk for all their mistake. My wife is having a head ache and I am unable to schedule MRI scan now. I called them for 3 days and still unable to do that. The contact number, what they have provided is the billing department. All they care is only MONEY.
For everyone's information, Mecklenburg Radiology Associates is NOT a fraudulent company, as I had mistakenly posted before. It is a third party hired by Novant Health for MRI interpretation/readings, which I had confirmed with the billing staff at Novant Health Orthopedic Eastover Office.
Not sure why there always seems to be another bill from these folks. They completely missed seeing a large hernia from my CT scan. In fact they have missed every single thing from every scan ive done. Novant should choose a better company to look at these images. Should not have to get surgery just to find what they missed. Terrible company
I had a procedure done by Dr. Perry Aug 2021. Before and after the uae procedure Dr. Perry explained what was going to happen in great detail. The staff were helpful and went above for me. The Nurse Kerri was very supportive and assisted me with paperwork needed for work. I appreciate them for understanding when I was in pain. Thanks guys! Keep up the great work.
This company is sending out fake past due bills! I contacted Novant Crowne Point Clinic about this and they said since I paid them the day of service you shouldn't be sending any bills. Check your records and stop sending out fake bills! I'm going to report you all to the Better Business Bureau! My real rating for this company is -0 stars!
I also just received a fake bill from them in the amount of $171! Either they have been hacked or they are scam artists.
Mecklenburg Radiology Associates refuse to take our insurance or negotiate with our insurance company even though our insurance company has offered to pay more than Medicare and Blue Cross. It is absolutely absurd. They expect our insurance and us to pay the full amount billed when no other insurance they deal with or self-pay patient will ever pay even close to that amount. They stated that they WILL NOT WORK WITH OR NEGOTIATE with our insurance company (who by the way pays quickly and at a higher rate than most of the major medical insurance that they do accept). Sad and unacceptable. They should be ashamed of themselves.
