My mother had gone to this office twice before and recommended I go to them as week. She like Dr. Kirsten and suggested her to me. That all went up in shambles as my mother had an appt recently and they have you check in on a patient portal that s basically an ipad. My mother is NOT computer savvy in the slightest. I d she could have a basic flip phone she d be tickled. Anyways, she arrived to her appt and the kiosk is glitching so she asks the blonde receptionist/assistants behind the desk for help and the lady s says just answer the questions my mother tells her she s trying but she isn t computer savvy and she needs some assistance again the woman says just answer the questions and press continue. My mother tells her again I am trying it s not working! Can someone come help? Again the lady says just answer those questions and that will complete your check in. So embarrassed by other women overhearing this while they are waiting for their appointment. My mom then try s to just skip and it won t allow her to skip, then the kiosk asks for an email and she doesn t have one. So she tells the lady I don t have an email and I can t skip this portion. The women very rudely and loudly shouts at my mother and says I told you, you have to answer the questions. Take a picture of your license and enter you I for in order to complete the check in! My mother obviously upset says you know what I don t actually and proceeded to leave. This is every u professional and rude of the front desk staff! It wouldn t kill them to help a patient understand the kiosk not everyone is computer savvy. Needless to say my mother will not return, I will not give them a chance and both my aunts that are patients will be leaving also. I suggest the doctors pay attention to their rude, unprofessional and LAZY front desk staff! Do NOT visit Meadows Women s Center!

DO NOT GO HERE. This is my moms doctor and since she has a language barrier I've been handling all of her medical/appts/everything and this is the worst office I've ever had to deal with. The doctor himself is wonderful, but at this point it's getting to where the lack of any good staff members is outweighing the good of him. Whoever does the hiring/firing here really needs to assess their employees. The fact that such a good doctor has such incapable staff is really disappointing. I have to wait weeks for a call back, if I even get one, and when I leave messages for the staff they will totally disregard anything it says. Just getting one prescription for my mom handled, has taken almost one year now. And granted, yes things moved slower during Covid lockdown, but even in the months since I can't get anyone to actually do their job and help me get it sorted. If my mom didn't like the doctor, we'd have been gone a long time ago. And to be honest I'm still going to try to get her to go somewhere else because the amount of bs and non-responsiveness I've had to deal with from this staff is disgusting at this point. I fully plan on informing the doctor of all this next time we go in for my mom.

I drive from across town to see Dr. Joe. I love him, however getting an appointment in this office is worse than pulling teeth. I've had to reschedule the same appointment FIVE times. The last appointment they didn't even bother to let anyone know he wasn't in the office and just let all of the appointments show up to turn them away. This is rude and a waste of peoples time and money especially after having to drive 35 minutes just to get to said appointment. A phone call isn't that hard to make especially when you have everyone's information right in front of you. This time at least I'm getting text messages saying he won't be in office however they send it to you after hours to ensure you can't call and reschedule the appointment. Horrible customer service. Horrible!!!!!!!!!!

This whole place is a joke. 3 weeks ago I go in for my scheduled appointment and when I arrive they say my doctor has left and that I needed to reschedule. I was annoyed because it s a little out of my way and I could have received a phone call about the situation. I schedule my appointment for 2 weeks later because that s the only availability for the office. My insurance policy ends the 27th of February and I made it known that I need this appointment before then because I can t afford to go without it. They were able to fit me in for the appointment on the 24th and my results the 26th which I was fine with. I get a call a week before my scheduled date to confirm my appointment for a much earlier day which i assumed was because I needed to get this appointment done asap and they were nice enough to move it up. I try to call back to confirm but no one answers. I arrive in the morning and they try to get me in for a follow up on the ultrasound that I never received. The follow up appointment was suppose to be cancelled so I take another trip there for absolutely no reason. Now my appointment was scheduled for today, I get a call last night that my appointment is cancelled yet again because my doctor is going out of town. I can no longer receive the care i needed when I was suppose to go in a month ago. They are so unprofessional, the front desk is no help. Doctor Roadhouse is never there and they won t allow me to switch to a new doctor.

I have been a patient of Dr Joe for 30 years and my daughter has been there before but with a different provider and wanted to switch to Dr Joe. She said she did not care for the provider she was seeing and would rather see Dr Joe. They said she could not change providers and she had to keep seeing the Dr she didn t like! I will continue to see Dr Joe but she will go somewhere else where she can see a Dr that she likes. Unbelievable!

If I could give Zero stars I would. The lack of professionalism was completely unacceptable. They did not listen to patient and explicitly did not adhere to patient wishes. While this center has been helpful in the past, this experience makes me want to do nothing more than never come back.

This is by far the worst doctors office I ve ever been too.Dr Kirsten is awesome but I ve never not waited more than 2 hours in the lobby before being seen. Won t ever be coming back. They have huge scheduling problems.

It s been a while since I ve been here but when I ...

It s been a while since I ve been here but when I went the few times a few years ago, Dr. Rojas (the male one) was really condescending and rude. The nurse that checked me in kept calling me Simon (it s an OBGYN so not sure why she s call me a males name, and proceeded to even after I corrected her THREE times). Didn t like the doctor at all, so I switched to another office. My insurance recently switched so I decided to try their office again but wanted to see his wife and was told that they won t let anyone switch doctors. I worked in medical for a while and I understand wanting to keep patients with their doctors but.... it had been years since I d been there and had a bad experience so I m not sure why they couldn t accommodate. Wait times on the phone are usually horrendous, too.
I ll also add that he didn t take my concerns seriously and basically told me nothing was wrong and offered me no further options. Went to a nurse practitioner shortly after and after she ran a bunch of tests, we figured out what was wrong.
