I have dealt with Meadows for more than 20 years and have always had excellent personal customer service , even during their change of location . Almost everything is from immediate stock and promptly delivered . The same service was delivered this week . Many thanks .

They are scammers I have made a request and I received nothing care with them, I sent several claims and nothing
I have bought watchmaking and clockmaking materials from Meadows and Passmore a few times, and I have been entirely satisfied every time. Granted, their web site can be a little odd at times, but that is no reflection on their excellent service or the quality of their products. Happy customer here.
14 mths ago I ordered and paid for 28 clock keys only 4 arrived - sent over 30+ emails/tickets - no contact - no number - just a story online saying they were in the process of relocation - Rubbish!

Ah finally an answer. Indeed, I contacted you because the buyers, my parents-in-law, could not reach anyone by phone and they do not really understand how to get help via the contact forms. So they asked me for help. It is true that I could have specified more who I was in the mail, but it seems to me to have everything detailed in the contact form. It would have been enough to tell me what you just wrote, I will understand because it is all your honor to protect the data and I will have managed with my in-laws. Finally good, 3 months and they still have news. At least thanks to that they discovered the competition which turned out to be much more reactive.
