I lost my septum ring, so I bought a new one and he put it in for me. Super professional as well.

I always feel very welcome by Seth. His work is exceptional, prices are very competitive, hospitality is unmatched. I'm not sure I would trust anyone more than I trust Seth to give me my lifelong decorations. Here is my ink from today :) see you soon!

My Absolute favorite place to go. Britt is an amazing artist and loves his work as much anyone I've seen!
The atmosphere is amazing, service is prompt, and they will work with you on practically anything!
My best experiences with tattoos has been villian's. If your considering marking your body for life I would definitely give them a call!

Got my first professional (rook) piercing a couple days ago by Jonny! He made the atmosphere chill and comfortable; he s very professional and kept me informed about everything.

I was able to walk into the shop, set up my appointment with the artist I wanted. When I went in for my appointment (a few minutes late..) they were very understand and still able to get me in when I got there. My tattoo artist, Berit, talked me through the process because this was my first tattoo. I am very happy with this tattoo!

I ve gone to multiple tattoo shops here in Omaha including big brain, ink link and sailors grave. These places either were very pricey or the customer service was unpleasant. Villain s is very fair priced and the artists were very nice. Had a large piece on my back for 80 and then a small tattoo which the artist didn t even charge me for. Opposed to smaller tattoos I ve gotten before for 100+. Will definitely go back for tattoos

My cousin and I went to get tattoos and had a great experience. The atmosphere was good and the staff was amazing. Our artist Britt was very nice and did great work! I will go back for sure!!!

Love this place! Lacee is my favorite piercer she shows great attention to detail and Berit is a great tattoo artist she really listens to your ideas suggesting any edits for practicality.

I dont recommend it..i got two tattoos done and one tattoo was supposed to be a sunflower but got a yellow daisy....and the other one was a hummingbird but it dont look like a humming bird the wings dont match at all ..i went back 2xs to get it fix or just cover it and they couldnt bc it was jesses work and for the respect of each others work they couldnt.. i get it but i dont understand if im not happy with it why not help regardless of who did it.. i payed for them and its in my skin its embarrassing ...i got recommended by a couple of people so i went for the appointment and was excited.. afterwards i was like hmmm ...now i need to find a professional.... its gonna be hard for me to trust someone drawing in my skin again..

I've seen great work from them. I've been trying to book from them, they're always busy. Great tattoos. But that front desk. They are extremely rude over the phone. Extremely unprofessional. Other than that, the tattoo artists are awesome.

Staff members were very friendly. The person who did my piercing did everything right.

I just got a tattoo from this shop and I absolutely loved every minute I was there! I sent them the picture of what I was wanting and they took some time to print it off and consult with each other and myself about it. My friend and I walked in both wanting tattoos and they were able to help both of us within an hour or so! Jose was very accommodating to what I wanted, and I will definitely be checking back again for future tattoos.

They are extremely unprofessional and rude to their customers. Would not recommend this place to anyone!

Both of the piercers are amazing and very helpful. They all are professional and very helpful. Amazing prices for the quality jewelry.

Getting my first tattoo in general is pretty nerve shaking, this place will provide brief info and great artist for your needs no matter what.

I have now got two tattoos done by Seth, and I am in love with both! I got a bird with my daughter's name, and then me and my 4 sisters got matching tattoos and let me just say, his line work is amazing! He's so precise, and he's fast as well, even though he doesn't rush!

Berit has done two of my tattoos now. My mother and I went in for tattoos together. She took what we wanted exactly and executed the tattoo perfectly. They turned out incredible. We will definitely be going back.

I've came in to have some tattoos and piercings done here a few times and their service is outstanding.

Got my first tattoo yesterday from Dennis. He was wonderful, very friendly and an excellent artist. I didn't even realize when he was done because we were just chatting away!! I'm going to have Dennis do all of my work from here on out. Thanks so much for such a great experience!

Waited for assistance and when 8t was my turn a new customer walked in and got assistance before me. Do have decent selection of body jewelry though.

I got my first tattoo there and it was amazing and painless

Do not go here, I got my cartilage pierced here and that experience was great, so I went back to get my navel pierced and they did it wrong!! It did not even go through my navel, instead it sat right above it.

Had my navel pierced. It was professional, clean, and straight. Experience was fine but you'd think they would pierce with at least 1/2" bar to account for swelling and embedding/infection, but they don't even carry any navel jewelry besides 7/16". Ended up buying jewelry and having it changed at Big Brain.

This place is the best. When I called, I was able to set an apt on short notice. Britt was our artist, he was great, he got the info on exactly what we wanted and made it happen. He did a FANTASTIC job and the tattoos look great. He really made my mothers day doing this for us, I thank you and my daughters thank you. We are forever bonded in ink. :)

Most professional and seamless piercing I've ever had done! This is a clean shop with disarming and friendly artists. Getting an original work by Berit this weekend and had my nose pierced yesterday. Fair prices and good quality equipment. Looking forward to building a great relationship with this shop.

I got an eyebrow piercing from Jonny. He was very professional and informed me of the rejection rate. I wanted to do it anyway and we worked together on placement and depth to increase the odds of it working out. It has been about a month and my piercing is healing well so far. Thanks Jonny!

First attempt not good when the owner poured bleach on the floor. Had to reschedule because of the fumes. When I finally had my appointment it was great and LOVE the work Jose did for us.

My friend and I have both gotten our ears pierced here. Cartilage and lobe, terrific jobs - I say well done to Jonny! Not only does Villians have great quality, but outstanding customer service as well. Totally recommend this place, 100%!

I went in there hoping to get a tattoo, jose told me he would draw it up and call to have me come back at the end of the day. I put down my deposit. well a few days later i call him and he completely forgot what i was getting so i told him and he said he would draw it real quick and call me. Still no call. So yesterday now week later i called him to get my deposit back and he said he would call me when he was finished tattooing well he never called. I dont recommend him at all. Ive heard everyone else was pretty good. But jose has supposedly done this to others as well.

Horrible customer service! My girlfriend talked to a guy named Jose put down a deposit, he wouldnt return her call or refund her money, kepted telling her to call back.

Britt Orr is the best! Fast does his own free hand designs.

Over all good vibes. Even had my daughter mouth off and they were just doing their job. Second daughter was able to get her piercing. Clean place, great service... Going back to some ink now.

Had my first tattoo done. Had it done on my shoulder. People were great!!

My piercing was crooked and so was my girlfriends. Lip and tongue. And the jewelry wasn t good quality. They also didn t put the jewelry on correctly they missed the thred and just tightened so it was crooked. So not only the piercing was crooked so was the jewelry. She lost it while she was eating. I had to take mine out because it was so far off to the side instead of the center. Lucky they are cheap. Should have questioned that fact. If anything I recommend going to Skin Deep. They have very good quality jewelry. Of course it will cost a little more because of that but totally worth it!

I just recently got a half sleeve done by Seth, and let me just say this man has truly got talent. He is very fast but his artwork does not look rushed or sloppy. I had no tattoos before I had my first appointment and he made me feel comfortable and held good conversation. Definitely will be going back to him for any of my other ink! Thanks again! 10/10 would recommend

Love Villain's--friendly, professional, & affordable. I've gotten a nose piercing and multiple tattoos by both Stacey & Jose, and they've all been awesome. Definitely recommend it and will be back!

I called them to ask them a question a guy answer I ask a question and he cursed me out and hung up in my face I came there a few times and this is how that treat people you people are disrespectful and unprofessional.

I've had 2 tats done with Villians, one with Jose' and one with Seth, both are very nicely done. My husband had one by Seth, also very nicely done. Our experience has been top notch. They are professional and not trendy, a real tattoo shop!
