It use to be a really painful process to stand in the Long Hospital Queues before. But now I can directly go there and book an appointment in a few minutes. I was in the Doctors chamber. Visiting the Hospital never felt so easy.
I recently got registered with mCURA and have got my own Patient Registration Card. It made the process sooo easy that I can just Tap my card on Tablet and got whole information about my appointment schedule.

I once visited KIMS Hospital, Hyderabad and was amazed to see this awesome concept of having Clinical Secretaries in the OPD's to guide all the patients and help them in proving all the information related to the appointment and the waiting time.
This is very disapointing and heart breaking site...my wife has been diagnosed with cancer...i have done all neccessory tests and investigations from best laboratories in my city, i consulted best cancer doctor of my city, but need to just have an seond opinion,so i booked an online consultation on mcura,with dr. Shyam agarwal of gangaram hospital, delhi ( the most harami dr. I have seen in my life ) they booked my video consultation on 24 th sept at 4 pm, we wait till 5.30 but there was no call, then i called on mcura and they manage the call, at 6 pm we got a wats up msg from the dr's mobile saying plz send all the reports which i had already send at the time of booking of at apoinment with the fee of 2000 inr, now he insted of a video call just give me reply on wats up saying do these test again from other lab ( he send me other lab name and address particularerly ,may be want to grabe some commision from there ) i was already broken in side,... i have no time and money to do these tests again, i request that moron to plz do video call,but he didnt, i had to do call him, he picked up and said i will not give any suggestion till u do these tests..and talked to me so rudely that if he would be in front of me that time i would have slapd that basterd... and just cut the phon...than i did the tests he mentiond and send him reports and again he replied to do biopsy test again...it was horrible experience ..... i request to all the people reading my review plz dont book a consultation on this site...specially to dr. Shyam agarwal...i have all the chat screen shots...will send to the person who really wants,replying this review...thank u
I loved the concept of Tap & Pay Cards, now I don't have to wait at the Reception to make them note all my information. I just have to register myself once and for all and all my information will be shared in an iPad once I Tap the card.
In mcura all they are lier ....they hirred to us on post of clinical secretary...... We complete our 10 day training Nd we are selected there in... .Mcura...of gangaram.. Hospital... .. After completing 26 day's they said to us That we have No resources to hire...... What rubbish. ... if they have No resources..... So why didn't think before.... Hiring Nd... ..26th day of Job said that we will call u after One month.... But don't worry we will give your convince ....still 3 month has completed Nd we msg to them for convince then say That our head office pushing to Next month. ..when I msg for Convience always give worst excuses ... What the hell is going there..... Nd Now said that our head office unfortunately denied to give your convenience...... They are all making us Silly.....so don't trust on them. ..... We joined in October... . But no reward back for Job .... Nd convinced... . Now Feb.. .nd lastly said that head office denied for convince
