Tons of kids and the amount of tickets needed for a decent prize is highway robbery! Another location is needed and cheaper prize points.

Although a bit pricey I had a very good experience. The food was great but I really hope they bring back mac and cheese pizza.

Breeding place for germs. Pizza wasn't too great and Chuckie Cheese himself looked like he missed his antidepressant pills scooting along, not even interacting with kids. Half the games weren't even working or dispensing tickets either.

Fun for the kids. Some of the employees were not kid friendly at all, which was very sad since it is a place for kids.

Aside from the prices for the food, always enjoyable

We had a great time! Saved money and got lots of tickets with the play pass. Got pizza for the kids and they ate it all. All the machines worked and employees were friendly and did their jobs well.

Manager was rude and spent most of her time talking to friends instead of working leaving one person to do everything upfront. Spent 30 mins in line just to order I bought the large package and two salad bars which cost $9.00 a piece. Salad bar was completely empty and when I asked manager to restock I was told I'm doing what I can you will just have to wait. After being here for an hour and a half the bar is still empty. At least kids got to play some. Never go here

Four of the games didnt work. Various other games wouldnt give my child the tickets she won. Pizza was of poor quality, so i got money back and took my family elsewhere.

Took my son for his birthday and the waiter was very dirty cloths we're dirty and hands and also was a cross dresser never going their again

Lovely cool and vital place for kids it would have been even better with a little bit authentic hint on pizza sauce and crust but overall it is a great place my kids love it

Not a bad place to host a party at all. Just a bit crowded on Saturdays and they could use a few more people working the registers.

Could be cleaner and cheaper. A birthday party there will be expensive.

The food was great, new pizza is better than when I was a kid. My daughter loves it there.

They need more staff assigned to game area. The tickets run out and you have to search for a person to restock. The parents need to watch their child's behavior so everyone can enjoy the place. Food is not good and we avoid it. The inside has been redone. Kids have fun there.

Very crowd to the point it was just not enjoyable. It took over 20 miles in line to place food order and asking for help on one of the games was impossible, had one guy who worked there looked me in the face and then totally ignored me and another customer.

Strangely enough... One of the best pizzas I've had, lots of fun as well! We played for an hour and gave our 1300 tickets to a kid next to us when we were done, Good Times! ...and, who doesn't love a giant rat!

The new Rat cards are not my favorite, this location is smaller than most places. The Staff was very nice.

We love the "all-you-can-play" option for the big and little kids in our family! :)

Grandson loved it. Would be 5 stars, but they need more staff scheduled.

First time ive been there in many years. Kids had a blast. Many things to do. A little expensive for an hour of games for the kids to place, but other than the price, its a fun experience

We always have so much fun! I appreciate the extra cleaning the employees done! The employees were constantly cleaning tables & games! Thank you to you all! My kids young & older just always have a great time!

Half of the games were out of service on our visit, which was calm for a Sunday with what looked like 2 Birthday parties. The other half were not giving out the correct tickets. When the female manager was told this, she would roll her eyes, then help you. The toilets in the women's bathroom were spraying water from behind the toilet, over the stall, soaking you, once the toilet was flushed (Thank God it was clean water). Again going to this manager, who laughed and replied "free shower". When I looked at her in disbelief, she replied which bathroom? I'll have a look, but walked in the opposite direction. Once we finished playing the games and went to the ticket counting machine, there were several adults (not in our party) watching and the guy behind me informed me and the same female manager standing to my side that the machine ate at least 20 of my tickets and only counted 1! Yes 1! He said he watched me put in strings of tickets and the machine would count 1 or 3, nothing higher. When I asked the manager what she was going to do, she played with the machine and then walked away, I said excuse me what are you going to do about the tickets it didn't count correctly. She kept on walking! The guy handling the door came over and at least tried to correct the problem. Had the female manager (whom wasn't wearing a name tag) not been so rude, I would have let all this go, but she made our visit worse then any of these problems that we encountered.

I recommend this place because it is one of the last few game places in Roanoke that keeps their facility clean, and the games active and not run down. They have a nice selection of games for all ages, and the food is very good. The food alone is above average. The pizza is great, the salads are great, and the games are fun. I hope they stay for a long time because I have seen many game places come and go over the years, but this location has stayed the same and the owners have maintained to facilities nicely. I would like to see continued growth of the games and new games added for the younger children.

Food is decent, and its a safe place for my kid to run around and play games.

Great visit! My son loved it. The staff were beyond helpful, food was great, place was very clean and we left with a happy child. We will certainly return.

We love taking our grandkids and they also love going. This trip 4/1/16 alot of the games and rides did not work. I feel some much needed maintenance needs to be performed!!

We attended Chucky Cheese in Roanoke, va today for my boyz. My daughter which is 30 years old also enjoyed the games too. Its a great place, great food, and prices reasonable. Most of all, adults thats still kids at heart can also have fun. Thanks for taking care of your customers. We will be back soon.

Pizza was really good and my son loves all the games. Only downside is usually other parents because some of the children get excited and are running around and some people have problems with this.

The place was packed but we bought the play pass and everything was good. The only thing I would complain about is the fact that they need more ticket counters and they should have stations scattered throughout the building. The wait is ridiculous long.

The service and food was great. And Becky went above and beyond to make our visit special...thank you very much.

I really should of pressed charges for the issue that an employee did . I have a disabled 9 year old, it was his birthday and an employee snatched my son up and started checking his pockets lifted his shirt.. My child is in counseling because of her outrageous actions! I wish I would of called the law. I was so upset and my son already has Autism and he now is dealing with an employee that has serious issues and SHOULDN'T BE AROUND CHILDREN! Wish I could post the video on here, you would be horrified at what took place.

Carried in a TON of present, lots of guests showed up, got our pizzas and then we're told we had to move. Took them 20 min to clean off tables for us to . They said the tables we were at were reserved for parties. There was no sign saying so. Every time we go there it's one rude employee after another. Never again!!!

The games were all working well. There was enough so that we were never waiting too long. The staff were attentive and friendly, and the prize counter staff were patient, knowledgeable, and kind.

Great service, but this chuckee cheese seems alot older compared to others we have been to.

Staff is great and building is very clean besides the parking lot where customers throw trash everywhere because they have no respect or home training

It's geared to get a lot of money out of parents and the games are not that great to begin with. My son loves it though.

Great place for children's BD partys.. Excellent pizzas. Too noisy for me tho.

The kids loved it, of course. Pretty expensive but now they have a lunch buffet for around $7. 2 and under eat free and 3 and up are a discounted price.

I can't say how many times my family and I have been here, but it's been a lot. The employees are nice, friendly and personable. The food is great, the bathroom and building itself is clean. The prize counter has great deals and the games are fun. You can get great deals on the Chuck e Cheese website to buy tickets to make the trip even more worth it and cheap.

This was my first time ever visiting a Chick E Cheese, and I was impressed. Good food, lots of games, and staff was polite. Highly recommend.

We had a good. The Manager and the staff was awesome.

Kids absolutely love it here, unfortunately seems to have quite a few games broke down EVERY TIME we visit (hence 4 stars)....Staff is awesome-they have always been extremely helpful & kind to my kiddos & me (Have never had ANY trouble getting reimbursed for broke games)

I have held parties here in the past and never experienced service quite like this my niece did not even get her ticket booth experience without a saying something after the party the kids in our party did not have their drink cups filled and we did not receive the service that we normally receive from our party hostess. Even had a hard time locating our party hostess as she seem to have skills in disappearing
