I bought a demo and asked for a few things to be addressed since I'm over the top picky, which Bert quickly learned. He addressed each item without hesitation and to resolution. I ve always been a Honda, Toyota and Nissan buyer. I decided to give Ford a shot. We found a beautiful Explorer online, and went to another dealership to check it out. The other dealership was giving an insulting amount for my trade-in. Needless to say we left that one.

We decided to give McRee Ford a look. We have a friend with a solid contact there; great guys! They gave an extremely fair offer, I picked out the exact model, and the deal was finalized in less than two hours!

Very nice folks. My truck was brought in for a recall. Service was completed quickly and professionally. Was able to purchase some mudflats for the truck from the parts store as well. Nice big clean service area that you can watch from the lounge. Even fresh hot coffee.

The parts department here was much better than Big Star for where I bought my vehicle. I was told by Big Star that I needed to replace my lugs. To my surprise, McRee had all the parts in stock and the price was fair. The service desk was very polite and all were mask compliant. Thanks for making my experience pleasant.

Dorothy set up my recall with Marvin. Had me a rental if needed, due to buying my truck at McRee Ford. Gave keys to Marvin, my truck was brought in the shop, could see by viewers window, 45 minutes, recall was finished, John Becker called me, truck is ready. Day before, Justin in parts took care of me on my window deflector order. Kudos to all who I was concerned with !!!!

This dealership is fantastic. I received a great deal on a new truck and was in and out in 2 hours. No haggling, no back and forth, just one low price after conversation right out of the gate. Excellent customer service. Purchased my F-150 from Donald. He helped me through the whole process. It was quick with no issues. Answered all my questions and no pressure. I definitely recommend him and Mcree Ford! Outstanding
