Clear shop and courteous staff. Unfortunately I find the quality in the
somewhat worse compared to the past, it has decreased somewhat.

The Mcm shoes or the rings of the cords loosen ... at 425 shoes they should last longer than just 5 months.

A great deal in the heart of Munich with a large selection !!

Catastrophic reclamation service, I complained my 6-month-old bag, since the shutter has already rusted after this short time. Have after a half months then finally get a response and the lady then said I should pay for the closure 80 euros if I want to have the bag repaired. ALTHOUGH MCM states that you have a warranty on closures for 2 years !!!
An impudence in my opinion, because the bags are not even cheap!
The customer service is however very friendly and endeavored.

Great shop.
Super nice saleswoman.
Will definitely come back.
