Made my building (1 East Delaware) stop accepting packages and instead added $15 per month to everyone s lease for the courtesy of having all packaged rerouted to an offsite facility. That s right: all residents are required to pay to slow down their packages. Don t move to a Golub building.

Working with Golub has been an absolute pleasure. Golub's building agents are consistently responsive, helpful, knowledgeable, and personable. The portfolio manager, Chloe Glass, does an outstanding job of helping our agents get excited about their properties and making clients feel at home. When we get a chance to see the Golub team at events, it's obvious they have a great cooperative synergy within and between buildings.

It's clear that our agents and clients are valued at Golub properties. We can always feel confident in knowing that our clients will receive the highest level of service and care when working with Golub. Thank you, Golub team!

I have lived at Prairie Shores for a number of years. It was owned by Draper and Kramer and was so so. Since Golub has taken over as owners the quality has declined even more. The only good thing that Golub has done was partnered with Fetch delivery service. Golub please change the management in the main office they are unprofessional and unresponsive to the needs of the residents.

Poorly maintained building, apathetic service. Sorely disappointing.

I live in one of their properties at 1241 N Milwaukee. The elevator has been out for weeks, with nothing but vague promises and no support otherwise. Having to climb eight floors - for everything, multiple times a day, hauling heavy luggage, packages, groceries. Having to cancel visits from parents who can't make it up/down such a climb.

Emails, phone calls not returned. These people care about you until you sign the lease, then you're a hassle they'd rather avoid.

It's rare to love your management company, but small things aside most are competent. This is unique in my experience as a renter.

The elevator wasn't the first thing to break - the garage door has broken twice, once stranding my car inside, then another outside. They solved it by propping the door open, making the building no longer secured (you could just walk in).

We've had the access panel fail - again, weeks on end.

Packages stolen - and then told the security cameras weren't real - just for effect.

There is a real apathy for resident wellbeing. It's very much a 'we don't live here, it's not our problem' attitude. I won't rent from them again.

Golub and Company recently acquired Prairie Shores Apartment. The management is very inconsiderate and impolite. Slow to respond to emails and lacks customer service skills. Specifically their manager Carter lacks primitive customer service skills. I was recently impacted by COVID-19 and requested a financial solution to my rent payments. Carter was non empathetic towards my circumstances and assisted my account would be reported to the collections agency. I would not recommend the building to friends or family because of her. The building overall, is well kept and in a convient location. However, I would rather pay prices somewhere where I am respected and feel appreciated.
