Favouritism at it's finest, my daughter worked very hard there. Received a enormous raise there within a month. Asked to work some overtime, the new wet behind the ears line leader told her no, no overtime for anyone. She came in the next work week, her area was in disarray. She had to throw parts away, her supplies was dried up Etc. She questioned why? He allowed his best buds to work over, she always worked over when they asked her too. She was disappointed . Then he takes her off her area and puts her in a area he knew she could not excel at, the parts were to heavy. The guy who ran that area even said it's a 2 man job. She loved her job area, she never missed a day. It's sad that a company only cares about who kisses butt best, instead of the hardworking employees. Lots of over head in the future I foresee. I've heard nothing but bad things about this company, they mainly care about a select few. Sad...
