Went to the restaurant on Alafaya trail. Very surprised that you now go through a line to have them serve you. Throw it on the plate and they are done with you. Last time I went it was sit down and wait person took your order. No alcohol other than beer. No wine, margaritas...... NOTHING. then when we got ready to leave, an employee literally chased my wife down to put what was left of our meal in the trash. Pretty easy job they ve got now..I tipped 18% for them to put food on a paper plate and to eat with plastic utensils. NEVER again for me. You just served your last rice and bean to me.

I visited this location the food was very overpriced called the quality was poor don t eat the monfongo comes with no sauce the rice is dry run for your life keep going there s no rice and beans here

I've been to a couple of Cuban restaurants on our visit and by far this was the best! The food was delicious well seasoned and authentic! Oh can't forget about the service which was great!! Definitely will be visiting again when we're in the area.

We placed an online order a few days ago for the baked chicken and picadillo dinners. Pickup went smoothly and we were enjoying or meal until my wife pulled a 2 inch long piece of SHARP, POINTY METAL out of her picadillo. It looked like a heavy gauge wire of some sort. We've tried to call numerous times but apparently no one answers the phones there...it just rings, and rings, and rings.

Food is always good. The service is not so much. Felt like we walked into the restaurant and disrupted the server's conversation. We were not greeted.

Almost like home better than other fast foods. Price is good and they have a-lot of variety.

BEST EMPANADAS IN ORLANDO... and I ve tried a lot of them! Beef empanada highly recommend. Great price, big portions, and super yummy food. Ask for the garlic side if you get the pork, it just makes it. Service is always fast clean and friendly.

Food has good seasoning but too salty in my opinion. Good price and service.

I've had issues ordering delivery from them multiple times now. They don't seem to understand the way their menu is published on delivery apps and so leave out delivery items.

A lot of their food is very often "sold out," not for high demand or market shortage, but rather clearly lack of planning and coordination.

Food ordered within an hour of closing is subpar, not fresh. I generally excuse this for fast food restaurants closing late but an establishment like Rice & Beans should have higher standards. If quality significantly drops 6-7pm, why not just close at 6?

On the plus side, their pernil is delicious and so are their plantains (when they're not sold out, which is 75% of the time).

Unfortunately I'll be looking for a new Cuban joint to satisfy my cravings.
