Very unprofessional company. The realtor that was assisting me was very unattentive. Upon receiving my deposit back they deducted $300 despite me having to do all the upgrades and repairs myself. The house was in bad shape before we moved in but we were in a bind and had no choice. We had to repaint the entire house and clean just to make it livable. Best description of the rental side of this company Slumlord

Jessica Pope was amazing! We found ourselves being relocated out of state for work and had to get our house on the market ASAP. Jessica was highly recommended by a coworker as she sold his house in less than a week. We needed those same results and she did not disappoint. She took care of everything and was available anytime of day for my 10,000 questions. Jessica worked along side of my out of state realtor to ensure everything was lined up for the sale of our Arkansans house and purchase of our new home. I absolutely LOVE my house. Jessica Pope made finding a house extremely easy. She helped me every way possible. She was there to answer all my questions, and trust me I had a lot of them. Highly recommend!

They bought our rental property and since dealing with them I ve noticed they are pushy, rude and completely unresponsive at times. Tried to pay rent and their online portal is down, texted and called the property manager and no answer or call back, text and called main office and they were of no help. Our air conditioner is on the fritz, it s on 72 degrees and it s currently 83 degrees in my house and we ve got four kids. With the portal down there s no way to inform anyone and anyone who answers the phone can only redirect me to someone else who either doesn t answer or never calls back. I miss our old renters. This has been a terrible experience. Would not recommend.

I had a big long discription of everything that happend but instead I'll just say they are pushy, a little rude and I don't plan to ever do buisness with their company or at minimum with the woman who acted this way ever again.

They don't seem to communicate with other realtors very good!!!

Real estate investors steer clear! They've made many big mistakes managing my properties. They take a ridiculously long time to fill units and dont price check the contractors. I had a $200+ bill for working on shower knobs!
