They bought our rental property and since dealing with them I ve noticed they are pushy, rude and completely unresponsive at times. Tried to pay rent and their online portal is down, texted and called the property manager and no answer or call back, text and called main office and they were of no help. Our air conditioner is on the fritz, it s on 72 degrees and it s currently 83 degrees in my house and we ve got four kids. With the portal down there s no way to inform anyone and anyone who answers the phone can only redirect me to someone else who either doesn t answer or never calls back. I miss our old renters. This has been a terrible experience. Would not recommend.
