worst company , the do not know how to treat there tenant , they never gives call back when we have an issue . very unprofessional people , they do not deserve one star .

Terrible company! My building switched to them recently and it s been a nightmare ever since. Something is definitely wrong with these people! Elisse is awful about getting anything done and lies to cover the company s negligence. Building safety is not at all a consideration to them! As you see by ratings, steer clear and go with any other company.

Honestly, you can t get much better than McKenzie Mgmt. Julie runs a great management company, handles everything Very professionally and responds quickly to all inquiries. We have been using McKenzie management now for about 3 years and all we can say are great things about Julie, her business and how much they have helped us to Greatly improve our complex.

Terrible company. Yvonne has withheld funds from numerous people and is the subject to many lawsuits. Out dated properties with past due maintenance repairs. Pathetic people and company please try to avoid

We own an apartment in the building where this management company represents them self and has been so many issues. The person in charged, Yvone, blocked my phone number and my wife s ,because she doesn t want to deal with the issues and the complains. I find this very unprofessional and disrespectful, and I don t think that the management owner knows what s going on and they should give the apartment owner an alternative phone number or e-mail , in case they have issue and can not be able to reach the person that represents them ! We are going to look for lawyers to represent ourselfs and other property owners from the condominium that are not being taken care by the management and even worst, ignored . There is a law for everyone !

When there is rain, there is water all over the house from sinks (first floor)!!! So poor customer service. Does not care about tenants! Avoid and period!

Trash business. Takes money out of innocent people and doesn t help them at all! Nasty place and the people are even worse. Rude!

We ve been working with Julie from Mc Kenzie Mgmt for many years now and the experience could not be more pleasant. Not only is Julie a joy to work with, but she has been instrumental in the management of trades and renegotiation of contracts for our Homeowner s Association. The HOA couldn t be happier.

Terrible place. Would give this place no stars if I could. Runs management and place is always broken down and filthy. Nasty. DO NOT RENT OR DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE. Trash

Terrible management company! Doesn't want to listen to you just because you are not an owner of the property and only a TENANT who is renting.

Do yourself a favor. Do not do business with Mckenzie Management. This is the worst management company in America. She charges our complex $31,200 a year in management fees and $200 just to attend a board meeting for a complex that is continually infested with rats and overfilled dumpsters on the property. She also rigs elections to elect board members that are willing to renew her management contracts, actually has been using illegal proxies in elections for many years which don't list candidates names on the proxies giving the association discretion to cast the votes to whomever they wish. Extremely dishonest management company. Stay clear of them at all costs. Julie Mckenzie is an extremely dishonest property manager.

I would not use this company. They do not know how to treat people nice. Very unprofessional behavior. Please hire a company the treat the condo owners as owners. Something is wrong with these people.

They manage Glenview Ridge I swear I feel like I live in Cook County jail they watch every step you do. they're disrespectful and treating ppl. Also there's a lady her name katy she's take care ground and plants. I wish she read my comment now I would to tell her to get a life instead watch ppl what they do
