She charges our complex $31,200 a year in management fees and $200 just to attend a board meeting for a complex that is continually infested with rats and overfilled dumpsters on the property. She also rigs elections to elect board members that are willing to renew her management contracts, actually has been using illegal proxies in elections for many years which don't list candidates names on the proxies giving the association discretion to cast the votes to whomever they wish.
