We had our hot water heater replaced by McKenney s and I will admit there were some hiccups in the process. Specifically, we had a bad experience with an account manager. After sorting through the issues and speaking to several other individuals at the company to fix the issues, it was clear that the one individual at the company we had a bad experience with is not a true representation of who they are as a company. We were able to work out the issues and get them resolved to satisfaction. I would recommend looking at other companies if you are looking for residential work/pricing. I learned that McKenney s work is predominantly in the commercial space.
Maybe you should drug test Matthew Johnson, he has bought Methamphetamines from someone I kn know and smoked them on a regular basis. You all need to seriously drug test your employees, that's what you advertise, right? So do it. He was so high it was insane. He made me fear for my life. I will never forget that experience. It was demonic. Seriously.
One of their drivers almost ran me off the road and then shrugged like he didn't care. Do better. Not only was I driving the speed limit he had a lane he was in. I guarantee if my skin was lighter it wouldn't have happened. I'm disgusted
