We had our hot water heater replaced by McKenney s and I will admit there were some hiccups in the process. Specifically, we had a bad experience with an account manager. After sorting through the issues and speaking to several other individuals at the company to fix the issues, it was clear that the one individual at the company we had a bad experience with is not a true representation of who they are as a company. We were able to work out the issues and get them resolved to satisfaction. I would recommend looking at other companies if you are looking for residential work/pricing. I learned that McKenney s work is predominantly in the commercial space.
