If you want to work somewhere where they allow harassment in the work place than this is the company you want to work for!!! The plant manager Eric promotes harassment in the work place he thinks it will boost morale with in the company. It doesnt matter if you are a employee of mcgraw hill or a 3rd party contractor employee working there doing housekeeping and I know this bc my wife was previously employed there as such a 3rd party contractor thru CSI international as a housekeeper. The amount of harassment she endured over a 4 year span is pathetic and ridiculous. Let me enlighten you she worked there for 4 years never called off once. She would get up at 3am to be there by 430am to start her shift while Eric and all other employees were still in their warm beds. She went above and beyond for this company only to get harassed by employees and the plant manager. All saying she wasnt doing her job which in fact the onsite person who was over her checked everything she cleaned and saw no issue with her work. However what I found out was the lady who works in shipping that always had a issue with my wife's work would go into the bathroom as soon as she was done cleaning it and flush the toilet with her foot getting marks all over the toilet then going straight to eric and complaining I did some research and long behold the little girl we are adopting, the lady from shipping knows all her biological family. Did eric care? No he did not... bc to him the work place drama is the highlight of his day. Not to mention everytime he emailed leticia at CSI who was my wife's boss. He wants to complain but he doesnt want to take responsibility for the fact that he runs that plant and the morale that needs boosted is in fact his fault. Hes the problem. He doesn't care about employees nor does he care about the company. Hes just there for a pay check not a career. I have 4 written statements from current employees who have all been harassed or put down in some way by Eric. Way to boost morale Eric you're doing a fine job at being a rude inconsiderate poor excuse for a human being. This wont be the last you hear of this.

Front dock are for shipping if your delivering here do not go to front dock very tight to turn around receiving is on the rear of building if you happen to go to front of facility get turned around and turn left on research Rd follow around curves see small sign in grass on lhs 860 turn into dock area if you at end of Rd and turned right you just missed building they unloaded fairly quick

Not a good place to work as a contractor. They will not respect you as an asset.

Good employees but management got our hopes up after working hard said we would get hired and used us and let us go! Not very honest

Horrible company to work for. Do your self a favor a steer clear of this toxic work place

Saw the post about a person working here as a contractor. I was a contractor that started April 2016 and was hired on full time in Nov 2016. Contractor or employee I was always treated with much respect. I've contracted elsewhere before where this was not the case, but MHE is a great company to work for as employee or contractor!

Great place to do business, professional, efficient, no nonsense. Also observed extraordinary outside patio setting for employees.. looks like they care about the people that work there.

It is the place in which I work amongst some wonderful people. Definitely something one should look into
