I'm very happy where my new zero turn 61inch mower I don't think I will ever write a riding mower if it's not a zero turn I just mow my front yard was used to take about 15 minutes but the Cub Cadet riding mower it took me less than 5 minutes to cut it first time using it I'm sure take less when I get a hang of it

I have always shopped at duval. I've bought a mower, Weedeater, and blower. Recently my Weedeater broke. I took it in, They said it was under warranty and it wouldn't cost anything. They said it would take a week to fix. It has now been a month and a half. Every time i call they have no clue where we are on it, Then they called and told me it was NOT under warranty and that they were now going to charge me to fix it. I finally called and told them I want to pick it up and I will fix it myself. They handed it to me without my weedeater guard for the head of the weedeater. I asked where it was and their customer service rep's response was "Ya, I was worried about that" She obviously knew it was missing and hoped i would not catch it. They have been looking for it for 2 days and cant find it. They said that they will order me a new head guard and it would take a couple of days. I used to recommend them to everyone, now I will tell everyone I know to go somewhere else. ANYWHERE ELSE! This has been the worst customer service i have ever received in my life.

I bought my 4WD self propel mower, electric trimmer and electric blower there. Great people, and that Courtney chick really knows her stuff.

Took my mower in cause it wouldn't start. Paid over $200. It started 3 times when I got it home...

Great place. Friendly people, are there to explain everything.....even to a beginner like myself. Top notch service!!!

Best jeep mechanic I have been able to find. Better than the dealership here, a little more expensive but you get what you pay for here. He takes the better care of my overland bound registered rig.

Everyone is friendly and willng to help you there. But they always seem short staffed. Plus, their communication between coworkers and with the public is horrible. Be prepared to tell them things a few times. But, on a big plus side, they have always fixed my mower properly and never given me the run around about any issues i have had with my mower.

I bought a commercial Husqvarna zero turn there a few years back. They often do not have parts in stock and aren't open Sunday or Monday. They no longer take used equipment in on trade. For that reason I will never buy from them again. But they are nice people there but I find it questionable that they won't take in on trade the products that they sell.

I have never gone to a place with such rude and in my opinion disrespectful sales associates and especially disrespectful financing people. We ended up going to Lowe's and paying cash for what we were looking for.... we will NEVER return to this place!

The worst place I have ever done business with. They have no customer service nobody there knows what they're doing.

This was our first purchase of a zero turn mower so we didn't know much about them. The young lady that owns this business was so so helpful and such a pleasure to do business with! Very knowledgeable of her products! We will definitely go there for any other equipment needs we have!

Won't stand behind their work for even 24 hours. They should be ashamed of themselves for ripping off my father... Shame on you!

Great service, got my Gravely back to me in good time and worked with warranty and usually have the parts I need.
