It's ok not bad .. the staff good .. 3 stars it's fair for it.

My absolutely favourite place in the entire Dublin. Friendly staff, great food, amazing music. Fridays and sats are great parties and danceflooris always busy. You will always meet nice people there.

Fantastic. The doorman explained the procedure before we went in . Excellent service and the food was 1st class.

I've booked a table for myself yesterday (December, 24th) at 6 pm since I was so desperate and greedy for a Guinness and after one hour the waiter, who I don't know the name but seems as Indian heritage, come to the table saying that I HAVE to leave the place in 15 minutes. He came after with the receipt and the card machine to charge me the beer and the food. I would like to understand what are the reasons to kick someone out? I haven't been to a pub since March and I do not know the current measures for being so much rude and impolite in the way to approach a customer. I do not mind to leave however he should at least learn how to say: please, could... and tell me the reasons and barely say I HAVE to leave. The other staff people were pretty kind and polite.

Great night out, provided you're willing to pay for it!

Good pub, good grub, it opens til late everyday of the week. Not in the city centre but still the place to go and really easy to get to. So why don't try if you fancy a night out without the inconveniences of Temple bar. But be aware that it is also a really popular venue, so it could be quite packed too.

I enjoyed this place a lot. 3.50 drinks on Thursdays and Sundays is a great touch. Music is always good to dance too and the people are friendly

They don't call it the pub with the buzz for nothing. Brillint atmosphere. Had some of the best nights ever out hear

Booked 30th birthday party for 30 people, food platters are fab, staff are amazing, they even put up the decorations for us, music was great! Absolutely brilliant night!!!

Door men will let you in one week and refuse you another and say that you aren't a regular when you've been going there for 7 years

This crowd have been dishing out the craic here for generations. Great choice for food or a night out.

If you're idea of a good night out is to be in a loud, dark bar surrounded by gangs of young people out of their faces on drink, then this is the place for you.
Be prepared to be sprayed by someone with their drink and to pay almost 5 for 330mls of beer too.
Early on the bar has an older crowd and you could actually talk over the music but later.....
Probably won't be going back.

Fab louisana wings! Wing platter us great for two and cheaper than two large wings. So reasonably priced

Never go here for food!! Went here for a Sunday lunch. Food was quite pricy so expected it to be decent quality. We were very wrong. Dirty cuttelery, got lasagne and it was clearly microwaved because it was ice cold in the middle. Asked the waitress was it reheated and she couldn't give me a straight answer. When it came back after the second reheating, it was pretty tasteless. I know it is a good night club venue however.

I really wanted to give it 3.5 star but I can't.
The atmosphere is good but as a chef I can't say anything good about food.
Calamaries were overcooked and dried same as my burger. I will try one more time and hopefully change my feedback.

One of my favorite pubs in Dublin, I had my birthday here more then once and is always easy to do a reservation.
They have a bunch of events always happening, it's not in the city center but is easy to get to, you have buses and Luas in the area.
The food is nice, the atmosphere is welcoming, people are friendly, I like the decoration and it has good beers. The prices are reasonable too.
After some time it does get packed since it is a very popular pub in the area.

Some of the worst bar staff in Dublin. Quiet Sunday night takes around 20 mins to get served.

Very nice place. The chicken wings deal is a very good plate quantity and price wise. Good place for dancing too. Sometimes gets a bit busy in late hours, so get there early.

I find McGowans a great company to deal with, their customer service is top quality, they're always able to print any flyers or signs we throw at them, the work is always to the highest standard and they always deliver on time.

Yummy food and warm atmosphere. I was just upset with the Marguerita I ordered. They are not the best at doing cocketel.
