McGee, Lerer and Associates Review

I was involved in a Accident, I called McGee,Lerer&Association and they immediately took charge, I received treatment, my calls where answered and final outcome was in my favor.

After being rear-ended, I initially tried to take care of all of the legal issues on my own but quickly discovered I was in over my head. After checking around and getting a few recommendations from paralegal friends I settled on McGee Lerer & Associates and I could not have been happier with the work Catherine and Danielle did on my behalf. From being extremely responsive and being able to answer any questions I may have had to referring me to great doctors who made sure my recovery went smoothly, I can't think of a more stress-free process!

I was in a car accident on 10/18/17 and by 6/28/18 I was compensated and the case was pleasantly resolved in a professional and respectful manner. I was also sent all medical records for my safekeeping and was treated as a valuable client. I would definitely recommend McGee, Lerer & Associates to any who may have had a similar incident. Back in November 2018 the day before thanksgiving I was hit from the back of my vehicle which left me with a tilted pelvic bone causing excruciating sciatic nerve pain. Unfortunately last year I was involved in a 4 car accident in Long Beach. The vehicle that rear ended me was distracted & never slowed down. The impact sent my car to hit 2 other cars & my car was a total loss. At the time of the accident I felt minor pain but later that night the pain got worst. I was involved in an auto accident back on 10/23/19. I had no idea what to do, who to contact, how to deal with insurance, how I was going to get around without a car and how I was going to fix my car. I never been through any situation like this. In 2016 I was rear ended by a young driver who was texting while driving downhill and collided with me at full speed while I was stopped at a red light. When I got home that evening after going to the Urgent Care for an exam, I knew that I needed to find a good lawyer in my area. I was very happy to find Catherine has an office conveniently near my home. Her practice is with her partner and husband Dan McGee, and it is among the highest rated in reviews in the entire area. Google five stars is certainly well deserved.

I felt very strongly that by them having an office nearby meant that I would essentially be better served. This was in fact the case because when I called it was well after normal business hours and Catherine not only took my call, but listened to my entire story and offered to take my case. She provided me immediate counsel with a suggested plan for my medical treatment and a legal case. I felt sure right away that I would be okay and that I would receive proper medical care and fair, sincere representation in making a claim with the responsible party's insurance company.

Given the fact that I had severe whiplash and other significant injuries, my recovery plan required months of chiropractic care and treatment, at a doctor that I selected, and I have recovered since the treatment has ended. My car was badly damaged but was repaired by a highly rated local shop of my choosing that used original manufacturer parts and gave a generous 1 year warranty on all parts and labor of the entire repair.

The responsible party's well-known large insurance company felt that my case was not significant and did not want to settle my claim. So Catherine asked Dan McGee to arrange for a deposition on my behalf, which he attended with me. He then arranged for the responsible party's deposition as he had fled to Texas to avoid the case. He was found, served the proper paperwork, and deposed. His insurance company convinced him to move back to L.A. and to be available for the proceeding and settlement of this case. As it turned out this case went to an actual courtroom trial, and Dan was absolutely superb in his conduct, presentation, and professionalism. The Jury deliberated for a short while and voted entirely in our favor, thus returning a verdict in the case to my satisfaction.

Catherine, Dan, and their entire team proved to me that I found the best legal representation when I made the call and selected their office in this case. I of course had many questions both large and small that came up through the process. They took the time to explain things in a clear and gentle manner that gave me the best understating of the issue and detail at hand, even on the weekend on a Sunday!!! it was absolutely superb!

back in 2008 I had Catherine represent me and my grandmother in a car accident.
