I was involved in an auto accident back on 10/23/1...

I was involved in an auto accident back on 10/23/19. I had no idea what to do, who to contact, how to deal with insurance, how I was going to get around without a car and how I was going to fix my car. I never been through any situation like this. My brother found McGee, Lerer & Associates and it was the best call I made. When I called I spoke with Nick Ramirez who explained everything to me and helped me. There was no rush, no pressure..... it was genuine caring over the phone and telling me what options I had. I signed the retainer that same day and started medical treatment the next. The police report stated the accident was caused by the other driver doing an unsafe turn, however, his insurance wanted to play long ball and try to turn this into my fault. I knew this was a possibility as explained from the beginning and now my case would take a few extra months to get settled. Nick kept me current on what was happening throughout this entire process and finally today my case has settled with the insurance company and I am 100% satisfied.
