Despite being pretty crowded the food and service were both exemplary

AVOID THIS PLACE, MANY BETTER BARS NEARBY. $10 for a domestic tap in an empty, horrible smelling bar.

Waitress did not give us a table. Mac and cheese has no chesse and very little food for a high price

Went here for my GF's 30th bday. Staff are very friendly, management was very accommodating.

Horrible experience! We waited 30 mins and did not get assisted by a single server. We we're the first to arrive in our section and watched as others were helped. Two other tables left before we got up and then we asked the manager why we were not helped and he stated "it is busy everywhere." We left and will not be returning!

Great chicken Cobb salad. The nacho looked amazing as well. Love this local bar! Michelle the bartender was amazing as well!

Food was amazing!!! We had BBQ burger and BBQ slides with fries and tots - all delicious! Drinks were good too, and the bartenders friendly!

Lish. She was great. The manager actually was pretty sad because I waited over 45 minutes and then and you can even come over and talk to me what I want to say though that the atmosphere was about 9.75 too and that I would get with a tremendously the women are nice and I'm not scaring and the service is better than that made him look so awesome by the way though if you want to try something to eat have these are the fish and chips and if you're looking for a body shot is this is not the place to go is that the waitress is actually I respect

Not as busy as it use to be. To me this is a plus as it was so crowded you could hardly move. Now there is some breathing room and the ability to have an actual conversation.

The worst Eating experience in years! Poor quality of food that I received...The Nachos were HORRIBLE! $10.50! I will never eat or drink in this establishment.

Stopped by with a group of friends on a nice spring afternoon. It took 10 minutes to get drinks ordered, another 15 minutes to be served our drinks and then our server never came to see us again. We had to walk through the restaurant to find our server to get our checks. My tall beer was $16.30 after they included 21% gratuity. Last time I checked, a business should be gratuitous that I patronized their establishment, not the other way around. Sure, I ll pay you your 21% for awful service and will never patronize your business again. Just because you re located in a prominent area doesn t give you an excuse to treat your patrons like garbage and overcharge. I hope you re taking notes, McFaddens.

Good food & great drinks! Sometimes hit & miss as far as serving staff being available & kitchen closing time but overall a great place

McFadden's is my favorite place to have lunch downtown. They have great food and fast service.

We slightly snuck in and sat down (around 8 on a Saturday). Took about 5 min to get ervice. But after that our service was AWESOME. macenzie was our server and she did great. Food was good. We live 5 hours away but will be back

McFadden's is always a good time! The atomsphere is really nice and the food is delicious! The waiters and bartenders are all hardworking individuals and always provide friendly and fast service. It was jam packed when I went the last time during a Third Eye Blind concert. However, waiting just a little longer for my drink wasn't so bad because of the awesome people that work there! I will always go back to McFadden's when I'm looking for a good time!

Great place to go! Waitress was very polite and pleasant. Food was great especially the buffalo chicken quesadillas, except philly egg rolls were over cooked but still edible. Friends had fun for a 7 o'clock happy hour on a Friday night!

Prices are a little high but the nachos were good. The French fries were not.

I feel like everything at PnL is a little overpriced, but this place is probably closest to normal (which is a compliment). They have plenty of tables and the service ain't bad.

The wings far exceeded expectations. Massive, saucy wings. The server wasn't necessarily innatentive but the food service overall was slow.

Typical sports bar with cold beer, lots of TV's, and fried food. Kind of pricey because of it's location, but a good place to watch a game.

Flashy and redundant. Its a trying time for the downtown. At least they are trying! My bartender was nice. I spoke with other clientele and everyone was willing to get drunk and enjoy. Who am I to critique? I would go back.

Used to be great. Happy hour now blows. Service was terrible. Waitress waiting on all the tables herself with 12 bartenders messaging each other. Not doing anything to help her out. I got a gin and tonic and it was all tonic. Manager was nice when I told him. Just be nice to the waitresses if you go.

This place was awesome, good food and drinks, and amazing staff! One bartender held on to my personal belongings when I couldn't take them into the Big 12 tourney, and she took very good care of us.

I'm a sucker. They provided us with free domestic beer ticket. But domestic doesn't mean brewed in Kansas City--like a Boulevard. The free domestic beer ticket should actually be the cheap beer ticket.--not domestic. Disappointing to be misled.

my friends and I went here for a happy hour and they were kind of slow and they weren't even busy, like at all. I don't know if you would have any better luck when it's actually busy

Poor food quality....chicken sandwich obviously fried in taco shell grease, flat bread tasted like freezer burn, pork sliders on a flattened bottom of the bag hawaiian roll. We will not return!!!

This is classic power N light meaning big bar with lots of people.
The food comes in surprisingly large portions and it's tasty. I recommend the nachos. Drinks are expensive but this is a fun environment to have a group of friends in.

It's the only place I go to in Power and Light. Great bartenders (Michelle and Amber) awesome DJ (Danny) and overall great atmosphere!

No Bud light on tap. Didn't have him beam.... Overpriced food and drinks.

I have been here a few times- mostly after work for Happy Hour. The menu and beer selection are great.
The servers really make it a great place to watch games. I will definitely be back again.

Very tasty food, however on special events days, this location will be extremely crowded and it will take almost an hour to receive your food. Although the food and service was good, I would not recommend this place for a quick or casual dinner.

Before a concert at Sprint Center...we always go here for dinner and drinks. The food is always good and the staff is very friendly, helpful and come check on you often. We always end up talking with people sitting near us or invite strangers to share our table and have some great conversations.

It's a bar. Every time I have been here it has been generally filled with drunken college types.

Overpriced and at 8pm you couldnt hear anything because the DJ was way to loud.
