Have seen noise on the floor, but also seen a quiet staff with control of the food and a quiet restaurant. All in all 4 from my liking.

Good experience, good service, clean restaurant, food in top everything it should be.

Bad experience! One of the servants was trying to sell snuff and other drugs. Don't bring her kids here!

Small but functional in a non-central area. Fast and helpful guys. You sort everything on the screen ... Or in the app ...

Completely newly refurbished and nice place. However, the wait was low, despite relatively few customers in the bik ...

An exceptionally nice McDonald's, good service and always clean and tidy.

Big fan of the new terminal system. No longer having to moan your own mood by talking to a clerk at 02:00 at night when I just want to sit and be full and clammy to myself.

Going very, very, very slowly.

One has taken what I guess was a success and made a wash of real failure.

It took a long time before we got our food. The food was cold. An exercise tour. There were not many customers. So practice for a bad experience

Nothing special, but the food is at least expected.

The environment is cold. We eat in loco but
the sandwiches and fries arrived coldish. Much worse than before. The old concept if seeing the sandwiches in line in front of you has disappeared and so the possibility of choosing some that just made the line. We liked the old McDonald better.....same problem for the one in the centre city. And if you order at the machine in english you cannot pay cash ....!?

It was a really nice place. Clean, good service and all. fantastic

The place stands for kindness, professional treatment of their customers. And tasteful food.

Nice service by helpful staff. Louise speaks English for foreign customers.

Slow, poor service, poor energy, dirty and poor toilets

Ordered a lot of takeaway. When I got home I saw that they had put completely wrong things in. :(

Dry steaks. Low quality burger buns. Dirty rooms. But what to expect from discount food?

Could be better. One has to wonder that the Danish "flagship" restaurant has not received any of the digital solutions you can see in other countries, where you can order it all on a screen and then just pick up at the checkout. The queue is sometimes obscure when you come in for hours with many hungry customers.

Preferred fast food, large selection. Friendly service.

After this McDonnels has been rebuilt and modern, I thought it had become somewhat impersonal. The employees who are visible still do a good job.
But personally, I preferred the old style. But I would still recommend this McDonald's

Nice, standard McDonald's. But check the order at take away. I missed no less than 3 (!!) things when I got home today. Nicely disappointed nephews. We didn't go back as the food we got would be cold.

Very much slower and the quality fluctuates incredibly. Sometimes cold boring burger and other times super burger. You never know what you get here.

Too often the wrong thing with home otherwise really nice place

The coffee and the cake tasted good. There were more young people next door who were alarmed and did not buy anything. Apart from that, a good experience.

Well located maccas with the usual free wi-fi. Toilet facilities not the greatest or the cleanest, but got the job done.

Without a doubt one of the best and cleanest McDonalds in Denmark. Unfortunately, at several other franchises, there is a good deal between good quality, fast service and cleanliness. And it is not an understatement.

8/10 times perfect .. But when it goes wrong, they forget about the fries or chicken in one's Mcchicken. And then you get a little sneaky!
However, was treated fairly when I contacted them.
