McCloud Healthcare Clinic, Inc. Review

I can't say enough about how great this clinic has been for me. I have been so happy with every aspect. From the front desk to the examination room, I have been treated with kindness and care. My medical issue's cause me to be forgetful quite often. The staff at the clinic are so patient with me. And I am so very thankful for them. It has been the best doctors office I have experienced in my 60 years. And the fact that setting up my appointments is so easy is an added plus. Good people doing an excellent job !!

All my experiences with all the branches has been nothing but great. The entire staff is friendly, courteous and timely. At Mt Shasta Clinic, everyone always has a smile and friendly. Same for the Dunsmuir Clinic. And Angela and Sammy were awesome at the dental office in McCloud. Thanks every one!!!! Job well done people!!!!!

They are pretty incredible at making you feel welcome. Setting an appointment is so simple and amazing. You can even text, to inquire and set appointments. They website is really nice and easy to use too! <3

From the moment I arrived to the moment I left I was cared for by the McCloud Dental team. They were amazing and I didn t feel a thing, best dentist Sam I have ever been to hands down. They need to give them all a raise. Angela made me feel very comfortable like I was one of her kids safe and kept me smiling even after my dental work. I was even checked on a few days later by Sammie who made sure I was no longer in pain. Thank you guys so much Im actually happy to go back

Staff is amazing got in within a week and had a first visit and they pulled my tooth! It was an amazing dental experience. I will definitely return. If you have had a bad dentist experience look no further this is the place.

Had a wonderful experience seeing Dr. Rohani at the McCloud Dental Center today. Which is a huge deal for me, as dental clinics give me anxiety. Amazing bedside manner, made sure I fully understood everything being said. The dental assistant Angela was amazing as well, just seemed to love her job, you know happy staff will make happy patients and they will keep returning. She made sure to get as much done as possible as I was paying out of pocket. Samantha H. was quick to get me in and got my referral sent off before I even left the office. She is very intuitive to listen to what is going on behind the counter so that she can get these things going as quick as possible. Amazing staff you have at the McCloud dental center, its great to walk into a place that has such a relaxing vibe going on as soon as you walk in the door. Highly recommend McCloud Dental Center, I just hope this Dentists stays with the Shasta Cascade Health Centers for awhile. Its a blessing not to drive out of town for amazing service.

I had a great experience at the McCloud clinic again. Jessica is a great front office person. She is cheerful, friendly, and very efficient. She greets you by name, which adds to the hometown feel the clinic. Justina was at the check out window training a new employee- but she took the time to greet me with a smiling welcome face, as well. I was roomed by Dale, who always engages you in a light hearted conversations conversation. This can ease your mind when simply going to the doctor's office is (for me, at least) a stressful event. He is quite funny. Jeff is such a great provider. He is gentle and caring. He really listens to you and at least the two times I've seen him so far, he's never hurrying to get out of the exam room. Rather, he even asked me if there was anything else I wanted to discuss. I feel like he listens attentively. I'm very happy I chose him to re-establish my care in McCloud.

Oh, what a lovely day to get a "jab." I received my first shot on Wednesday in the company of many of my McCloud Community "family." It was like prom night. People were giddy w/ excitement to receive the vaccine. Folks were patient and respectful. The staff was so well-organized and cheerful. It was a wonderful experience, and I look forward to a repeat performance in a month.

The McCloud Healthcare Clinic is very impressive! I walked in yesterday and they were able to accommodate me. I was treated very well and I felt like they really listened to my needs. All of the staff are very personable and professional. I have visited the clinic several times and have always had a great experience. Highly recommended!
