In general great place. Outstanding bar service with great breakfast served by melissa at the pga bar. Absolute recommend. Horrible service and attitude at the burrito shop near gate b14. Absolutely do not recommend.

Not confusing very easy and there is casino games in the airport

Came here to pick up a friend from an international flight, flying in from Sao Paulo.

The airport has a great location not too far off the strip. I didn't realize it was so massive, with at least 3 terminals.

It is an airport, while there are individual airliners, I didn't actually purchase anything directly from the airport, unless you want to count the parking garage which was $2 up to 60 minutes.

The terminal was incredibly massive, I didn't realize how large the Terminal 3 was.

International flights appear to be in the Terminal 3 near Gate E.

I asked an United Airlines attendant where our friend was coming in. She was friendly and helpful, but didn't know where international flights were, but when I mentioned she was coming in at Gate E she then directed us to the far end of the building.

Things kept getting changed around from where to check bags togate number

Airport with a good flow, you flow right through it.
Everything was easy to reach.... car rental by transportation. Just a great feel, I have to deal with Midway which isn't really bad. Ohara on other hand That's a whole different animal.

Lots of construction. Limited food open. But what can you expect. Once construction is done, it'll be top notch again.

Security check was a little congested but not all that bad

I was able to get in and out of the airport pretty easily each time I visit Las Vegas. There is always plenty of parking. The layout of the airport is pretty simple. It's not that big of an airport so it's very easy to get around.

Very well laid-out, clean and easy to navigate. They have great food & drinks. Staff is always nice and helpful. Love coming back.

McCarran is definitely a great place to fly into and out of. There are plenty of stores and restaurants to nose around in. It's also easy to get in and out of the property. There are plenty of taxis or Uber, and if you want to get a rental car, you just jump on the bus and head over to McCarran rental car center.

It's kinda like flying out of an unorganized prison.

Nice Airport . Well managed.You can engage your self upto the last moment in the casino machines.

Hey. I got through here quick and they are keeping the place clean. I'll give em that.

All the workers were nice and helpful. Lots of renovation go for a new upgrade, which looks like it is well past due in Terminal 1. Spacing is very limited.

We got there and the lines were looong as heck for southwest airlines. But when I say they did the dam thang in a orderly and super fast fashion. They did that. I will definitely fly southwest Las Vegas again.

Obviously any airport is going to have good and bad reviews depending on a persons exoerience with a specific airline but ive personally always had very helpful staff and good service through the many flights ive taken from McCaren.

It was very clean, not organized to well when you check in most of the Kiosk were down which slowed the check in process. Once inside it was a race to get to the gate because sections were closed off and it delayed us getting to the gate. The escalators were down/off to help you get to your destination faster. Security check point was not well organized took awhile to get through it. However once there I was able to board right as they called the B section. One couple was rude, but the rest of the passengers understand I was with the A group for boarding. I only gave it 4 's because of the inconveniences but I will say that the staff was great and helpful.

Nice airport, during Covid-19 there is no bus shuttle service from the airport

The airport is not big at all, NOT impressed! It is much smaller than Atlanta airport , for comparison. It has a few slot machines on site ( to remind you that you are in Las Vegas) and a decent but limited selection of restaurants and shops. It does not take too long to get to the Las Vegas strip and not too long to get through security. Some of the rental car companies are off the property, so you have to catch a shuttle or bus to get there. The airport definitely needs a remodeling , because it is out of date. It is well planned and easy to navigate through the gates. It is very clean and nicely designed and beautifully decorated. Reason for the three stars: The airport needs to be bigger and have that wow factor, because you are in Las Vegas after all.

Easy to navigate. Not a lot of food choices but that could be covid as what was there were mostly closed.

It took 45 minutes to get someone to take me to terminal. Couldn't go to restroom before boarding flight. Nightmare . The lady at the wheelchair line was rude.

Clean, empty, most shops are shut down though. Better than lax but it's an airport it's not exactly exciting

TSA set up is all wrong. Not conducive to the traveling public and once screened not enough spots to sit and NO tables to put bins or other items on.

Food is airport food and same for stores. Casino machines are tight and one enclosed area for smokers to smoke and play slots.

They gave me and my husband seats rows a part. 33A and 35A

Fast and easy to get through though my bag was checked because of a funko pop figure

It s a big airport. Convenient stores everywhere so easily to reach out for foods and drinks before boarding.

Very clean but nearly everything is shuttered except for a few food joints. Eerily quiet...very weird but I felt safe traveling through there even with COVID. Rental car return was also very easy to find.

Checking luggage in didn t take long. Going through TSA was smooth too. There was a couple of downsides to the airport and one of them was how dirty it was. There was trash in different areas. Second down side was a random guy walked into the restroom drinking from a Corona beer bottle. Third downside was the food options are very limited for an international airport.

Flew with American airlines via British airways here. Had only kiosk to check-in which prompted for private assistance in the final screen for a manual verification by one of the agents, and there was only one agent serving over 10 kiosks! And there was no clear instructions beforehand on which terminal to checkin for operating airlines. Had to move from international to domestic terminal when the email reached just before 3 hours.

One of the better major airports, easy to get around and reasonably effecient on the air side of things. Ground transport for pax sort of stinks but all in all not bad.

Employees were rude. I'm glad that they take their job seriously. It keeps everyone safe.

LAS airport is always clean with lots of friendly help....yes, even TSA.

Cool airport with slot machines at the terminals and baggage claim. You will have to take a tram to pick up your bags. We waited for a long time, about 30 minutes, to get our bags; there were multiple flights waiting for one carousel. If you request an Uber or Lyft there's a bit of a walk from baggage claim.

This is the worst airport I can remember being to. It s possibly the worst complex of buildings I ve ever been to. What s wrong with it? Everything. It s horribly lain out, but that could be mitigated by decent signage. Which it lacks. Utterly.

At terminal 1 it was difficult to find ticketing after grabbing my bags from my first flight. When I finally did, it took a while to find anyone who worked there. They luckily have me good information and told me that my next airline was in a terminal. That was a run and a shuttle and a run and another run and a tram and another run away. The shuttle lets off in front of an unlabeled building that could be anything, anywhere. I went left when I should have gone right, and ran the length of the building. Twice. The tram to the D gates confused everyone waiting there are tracks on both sides of the waiting area, and they both go to the same place. It s a super short shuttle ride so I m not sure why they make you go down at least three flights of stairs to take it, when a nice moving walkway would probably work just as well.

It s a bizarre, Escher-like experience.

They seem to have designed the airport like a casino. They don t want you to get out or get around, they want you to get lost and spend time there. Fine business model for one thing, not so much for the other.

The one advantage is that they set up a challenge, and when I managed to actually get my bag checked just under the wire, then take another sweaty run to my gate, then find that my flight seemed to be delayed because that s how McCarran rolls, I actually had a bit of the thrill of success, and a good adrenaline pump from the running and fear I would miss my flight and be stuck in this airport for longer.

Long story short, I had about a 2-hour layover, and that cut it very close. I definitely wouldn t do anything less.

Nice facility. Not crowded due to COVID-19. Easily walked from gate to baggage claim then to the Uber pickup location.

Very easy access to food, restrooms slot machine and gift shops. Plenty of places to sit and kept very clean.

McCarran is always hit or miss...this trip was perfect, no issues and the airport staff was great!

Decent airport. Didn't go through security. Plenty of food options available despite construction in concourse C.

From walking in the doors, checking in at Southwest Airlines, TSA process and boarding Southwest Airlines on B gates, There was not 1 issue.... highly recommend.... CDC guidelines were exceeded....... Vegas is Open

Very big airport. Need to take air train to go all D gates. You find sloth machines every where. I lost my jacket here but the staff person who was there was very helpful in trying to search for that.

The line for car rentals is a few hundred people deep. Everyone is crammed together in the middle of covid and it's 102 degrees outside. Huge miss on the airport's side. We've been here 20 minutes and there's still over a hundred in front of us.

Went to purchase tickets from Frontier airlines. Asked couple workers where was the ticket agents nobody knew. Finally picked up emergency use phones and operator told me frontier ppl come back to sales at 10am. That's unacceptable!! No sign or anything

TSA put my bag through the scanner and searched the bag after, did the same process twice for no reason. TSA at this airport is by far the least organized of any airport I have been to.

Airport security yelled at my uncle for not knowing where passenger pickup,he doesn't know a flick of english,just give him a warning,damn

The airport itself is fine but Tsa staff is not. The TSA web site says you can bring a little bit of water but the TSA staff said no and made me throw it out and was very rude and disrespectful about it. She also was rude to me and someone else cause we didn't put the stuff in the bins the correctly. I don't understand why she needs to act that way.

It was peaceful...Unfortunately they did not enforce social distancing..or face coverings

Very clean airport and the employees have been all very helpful. Surprised for a big city airport!

I had a layover for 8 hours and there's no place that I could rest in. It's also a little bit dirty. Otherwise, there's phone charging stations everywhere.

The Pre Check lane has not been open in a number of months, even though the volume of passengers continues to rise. The B and C gates are set up in such a way that it is constantly crowded and never enough room to sit, stand or easily load onto the plane. The airport experience is always cringe worthy when visiting Vegas...

Hard to get to gates. Too many trains. Hot tonight. Sweating day after Christmas. And not enough outlets. All that money from the casinos and they can t upgrade? Please.

Clean, safe, with indoor smoking room with slot machines. No complaints here.

My wife is handicapped. The wheelchair and pusher guy is a great idea. Don't forget a tip.
Overall service is excellent.

We went out to Terminal three this trip and used economy parking. Compared to Terminal 1, 3 is not accommodating. The lit is smaller, but they make you walk all the way to the garage and due to the walk way closures you are forced to travel to the end of the garage wall I've the pathway and then walk all the way to the opposite end of the Terminal to ticketing. There is signage, but they hide it from anyone coming from the parking lot. Ticketing is an unorganized joke. I will say that TSA was SO nice and helpful and super fast.

Baggage claim is on the other side of the airport with no cards to assist you. Also no social distancing inside airport.

It was a good experience even when it getting busy

The gates and announcements overlap so much that it s difficult to find a seat and the gate agents are constantly yelling over one another about their flights. Other than that it s fine.

Haven't had any problems at the airport. Getting to other terminals is very fast with the tram system they have set up. Everyone seems pleasant and courteous even in the food court. And if you wanna waste time they have slot machines around, but also lots of other stores as well. No complaints here.

Always quick getting thru security check point, not much open in the terminal with COVID. Still prefer this airport

All these guidelines and yet we're crammed like sardines on certain days. It's laughable. The airport needs to be updated, but it's nice and the staff are friendly.

This place was nasty. Do not stay here!!! I wouldn't even rate this place with a star!

Flight to vegas was quick and efficient, quick baggage pick up and my buddy was able to find me quickly. All good!

Easy to navigate, and the trams are handy. Been here several times and have always been satisfied.

Everything looks good except lack of information when approaching terminals to figure out what terminal you suppose to go 1 or 3. It just says Terminal 1 this way , terminal 3 that way. What airlines or which one international or local terminal was a mystery. Its obvious for locals but for outside people not so much. Also terminal numbers doesn't show on tickets ,go figure... you have to do a deep internet search to find out your terminal.....In my case I learned it the hard way just trying to guess in a split second where to go just to find out at the terminal that Im at a wrong place. Thanks to garage staff for understanding and not changing $3 for 0-30 min at short term garage.

Arrived on a Sun Country flight from DFW around 4 pm and the airport was not as busy as DFW. The signs to baggage claim were clear and we rode a train to the baggage claim area. The restrooms were clean. We were a little confused as where passenger pick up was and we were helped by an airline employee who told us that the pick up location was in the garage.

Pretty big airport. The minute you step out of the plane you can start gambling. But the airport itself needs an update besides that it's a good

Not one person cleaning in sight. Trash everywhere in many of the seating areas. Sticky tables. Unkempt bathrooms w/ no paper towels

...wheel chair assistant was so very friendly and answer all questions, first time using and it was so helpful to me. Thanks so much...
