Staff was very friendly and helpful, there was no wait to go through security.

Very large airport! If you are requesting an Uber driver you will need to clarify which Terminal you will be waiting at. We did not know this and our driver was on the opposite side of the airport which is not accessible by walking. We had to get a quick Cab to take us where our Uber driver was waiting. Very nice airport!

So glad to leave!! Headin home to Oregon!! Was SO packed today~even at 730 this morning!!!

Had slot machines but could not get a drink during my layover so not to great. If everything is going to be closed at least have vending machines

It was great because we didn't have any crowds or long lines.

My husband and I always Drive whenever we go. But, this time we decided to fly to San Francisco. Very bad experience, some of the employees are sooooo rude and ignorant. Not willing to help when asked for help, boarding pass gate lady had a very bad attitude. Where s the Best Customers Service went.

Huge airport... So make sure you get here in plenty of time so you make it to your gate in plenty of time. Lots of good places to grab a bite to eat. Pleasurable staff members (this will depend on your airline and time of day... Lol) very nice overall.

It's a great Airport. The funny part is they have casino machines at the airport itsf. You can feel the vibes once you land.

Extremely busy but the lines move fast...a bit confusing with the signage...Uber driver dropped me off at the wrong terminal & I missed my flight however they immediately changed it for me & I was put on the next available...Go Southwest!!!

Waited in line for 2 1/2 hours to rent a car from Thrifty. Extremely long line with 3 clerks working at noon. The airport shuttle zero social distancing. I will take a taxi next time to rent a vehicle.

Way too much construction going on. Most things closed. Most of the "people movers" turned off.

I'm here quite a bit. Best tip - choose passenger pickup Short term Parking to drop off or pickup guests. You get 15 minutes free parking and can say a proper Hello or Goodbye. More than 15 minutes costs only a few bucks.

Nice airport but please stop charging so much money to use the baggage carts it s ridiculous!!!

Nice airport and fast but Houston airport is state of the art .

Clean and very interesting, this airport has slot machines and you will not waste a minute without betting in Vegas, in addition to being very close to the Strip.
Organized space for Uber in the parking lot.

Security made me throw away my lotion but I've been going through several airport Security's and it was good I looked at YouTube to make sure that all my items were within the limits I was very upset that I had to throw I'll ocean away we also maintain a space between you and other customers if they were overboard on security felt harassed

Walked around in circles for about 20 minutes trying to find where the uber pick up spot is... not an employee in sight

Very efficient TSA. Had some issues at the United check in kiosk. It took a long time for an agent to assist when the agent was needed. Some of the suspended art were very dusty.

Awesome place, easy to find luggage! Nice, and clean!

It was great! I got off the plane and put $5.00 in a machine and won $85.00!

I like the fact that in las vegas they have a smoking area with video poker inside the airport....wAY TO GO VEGAS...

Only 4 out of 5 stars this time around (Oct. 9- 18) as the staff and security we're really grumpy. I base this on another recent flight with Delta where everyone was upbeat and pleasant when I flew out to be with my mom as she passed away (Sept. 17-20) Both trips accommodating and not sitting anyone else with me was appreciated. My more recent flight was my grandson's first flight to visit his daddy and he was thrilled and very well mannered in flight!

They are a lot better than midway. I didn't have to wait on my baggage

Nice and clean, no lines (because of COVID) - United lounges still closed but 3rd party lounges open with excellent service

For a flight out, TSA can be quite busy. Plan two hours arrival before flight departure time. This is a sprawling complex. Getting around is okay if following signs, but I feel it can be confusing. Ask for assistance from information desks located in the main terminals.

Airport seems to be comming back alive after covid19 more are starting to travel again.

The B gates have a beautiful wrap around wall of windows and we saw a beautiful sunrise.

Smells bad and needs new carpet otherwise it's just another airport.

Very clean and good signage to guide you through the airport.

Thank goodness you must wear masks because the airport gates do not have enough seats as is and certainly not enough to social distance. Sat on floor while waiting on flight. Post knee surgery and my age does not make for a happy customer.

We come to Vegas every year and never had a problem. Nice to have a line just for 1st class security check.

All your employees need to wear there face masks over their nose. Especially those pushing wheelchairs like April at B23 this am.

One of nicer airports. Pleanty of venues inside, however some closed. Traffic was light, but made getting around easy.

TSA security was unnecessarily hostile, bordering on verbal abuse. Not just to me. I heard several other travelers complaining amongst themselves about the way they had been spoken to. Security was basically screaming at anyone who didn't do every single thing perfectly. I had a great time in Vegas but this experience left a bad taste in my mouth at the very end. Zero professionalism. I don't know who peed in their cheerios this morning .

Airports are awesome their arrivals are closed to the departure gates

They are taking covid very seriously which is nice, considering what the mayor was saying on regard to "testing" her people by opening first.

The staff at chilled near gate D37. The waiter/ bartender. Was harsh and rude when we order food.i asked for menu he scream it out. In front my face.we left and the other staff said sorry . You don't need pay for the come. Took place 4pm 10/2/2020 waiter long gray hair. Worst experience ever

The airport needs to practice some better cleaning techniques. Other than that the security check point was fast and friendly.

Good little airport. Lots of entertainment if your into slots and the vegas life. Food is a decent balance between healthy and the reg airport selection.

Big, Buzy. My fight left late. Lot of places to eat. The grinders were good by gate 20.

It was great, even though there was a lot of people, the lines seems to run smoothly

So sad to see low flight out and in the airport.

Most everything is closed. Hard to find anything to eat or drink at this time.

Easy airport to get around. But more restaurants need to open.

What a dirty nasty airport almost every trash can was overflowing and trash on the terminal floor and carpet area's need a vacuuming. The men's room in c terminal was gross...

Food price is too expensive. One small bottle of orange juice $4.25. Compare with walmart just $1. All fountain water are shut off due to covid19. People has no choice has to buy food and drink with the price that no choice.
Government should control and inspect food price at all airports. Why they can control people who rip off merchnadise like hand sanitize, glove etc. out there but not at airport's merchandise.

Need to work on terminal. Landscaping around the entrance & terminal were beautiful. Terminal was old, dirty, moving sidewalks not in service, baggage area dirty & slow. Very disappointing.

What an interesting airport. People can kill the time by gamblings.

This is a great airport, everytime im here security is fast and they have great places to eat. Theblayout of this airport flows well and has always been a pleasant experience.

Going to Vagas no issues flight on time, clean airport easy to get around plenty of cabs outside curbside waiting. The flight home got delayed 3 times should have left at 1030 pm didn't leave till 1150 pm . No excuse given just that it was delayed. Flew on jet blue smooth flight all the way to the east coast non stop . At the airport the last place you can gamble before leaving didn't see any one win anything my self included.

McCarran airport is doing well with reopening after covid. Pretty much back to normal and 5 stars for their TSA, food choices & vending machines.

One of the better airports in America. The location is great since it's only a few turns away from the strip. The airport is pretty clean and not that difficult to get around. If you're renting a car, you'll have to take a bus to the rental terminal. That was a bit frustrating but it honestly makes things run smoother. Just be ready to gamble if you have a delay, with all the slot machines everywhere...

Was in the C area under construction. No coffee not a lot of options.

I've been to 20+ airports in the US and this takes the cake as the worst one. I cringe whenever I see that I have a layover in Las Vegas. Hungry? Choose from only a small handful of options? Want to sit down to eat? Good luck...all of the space for tables and most of spaces for seats are taken up by barely used slot machines.

Great airport but disappointed that the Pre-check area was closed. TSA was nice to me going through security.

The airport was good for the most part. TSA Precheck line was closed and they wanted us to follow the regular guidelines. That's disappointing because I paid money so I wouldn't have to.

Busy. Was offered a wheelchair due to me being on crutches then left to sit and wait even though I had less than 40 minutes to get over to TSA get through that screening and get to my flight. They didn t care. Didn t acknowledge I existed once they seated me in a wheelchair. I ended up getting myself over there with 2 minutes to spare. TSA was very respectful and helpful to me. Flight attendants and Captain were very respectful.

Beautiful airport. Rental car shuttle only allowing 10 passengers at a time so plan accordingly

Nice airport, I had good experience, clean and well-maintained, organized, good customer service, I had needed wheelchair service and it was provided with care and great service.

Skip at the Southwest terminal was amazing. What a fabulous personality! Customer service was A-1. Truly appreciated him. Thank you so much southwest and especially Skip. You made traveling awesome.

should be a world-class airport... It should be 50 times larger... The ceilings are too low then the hallways are too congested there's not enough power outlets Should be able to sit at a wide space gate with plenty of spacing. Very difficult to social distance

The staff at American Airlines were very professional. They assisted my daughter and I with everything we needed in a friendly manner. Thank You

A few updates could be used here and there but otherwise from pulling in, security then slot machines and smoking rooms to the decent variety of places to eat and a better selection of shops for those last minute gifts to bring home to the family it's almost a 5 but with updates it really should be a 5... Problem is with the HUGE amount of people who fly in and out every day to block anything off to do construction they'd lose so much money plus make the other gates take more flights which they probably couldn't handle.
