Every time I've ever needed an electrician, I call them first to support local business. Never been able to get an electrician for residential or even when my business is shut down over something as simple as a breaker. Always it'll be over a week before we can get to you. Nothing we can do for you. Better off going elsewhere.

These guys really know what they are doing and care about it.

It's all about integrity and an outstanding job to boot! The estimate they gave to install two outdoor porch ceiling fans fell far short of what was actually required. They stuck to their quote even when I offered to pay the "real" costs. The person estimating the job could not have foreseen the obstacles that would arise. For that reason alone, I still feel I owe them money. They felt just as strongly about standing by their estimate. That's integrity folks! The workmanship far exceeded my expectations. The two gentlemen who did the work were professional and pleasant (despite the 100 degree temps they worked in). The fans are perfectly centered and equally spaced. I was kept informed throughout the day, including full instructions on how to use and set the codes for the remotes. These folks will definitely get my future business. The porch fans provide a breeze, but you Mr. McCafferty and your staff are the nicest breath of fresh air I've ever had the pleasure to get! Thank you for a job well done and integrity that is second to none!

Family owned business that supports numerous community programs. Starting working with them 2 years ago for campus projects and our department is extremely pleased with the job they have done.

They came out to look at a job where I needed a circuit breaker installed. Told me they would give an estimate. Never got the estimate, even after calling the office several times. If my job is too big, too small, or you don't have time, then just tell me, so I can look elsewhere. I can't evaluate their work because we never got that far.

Saw one of their employees throw a lit cigarette onto flammable material near their job site. Hopefully they're more careful about fire hazards and leaving behind trash in their actual work.

Great service very friendly got it fixed quickly and correctly!

Today I saw their truck on Hwy 6 heading to CS and notice that they ignored the "left lane for passing only" signs which is state law. They drove the whole distance in the left lane. Also, as we exited on Texas Avenue just before Harvey Mitchell Pkwy, a school bus which was stopped, the red lights on, it's stop sign out, picking up kids, the McCaffety truck drove right on by, never stopped. Isn't that a law? Last digits of the license plate is 5891. The driver may need to go back to driver's ed.

I needed to verify that a power panel was up to code. Everyone I spoke to was very nice and responded quickly to my questions and emails. Jason assisted me with the verification and instead of charging for a trip charge like some unscrupulous companies might, he was able to do it through photos, saving me time and money.

The owner is rude to his employees and talks bad about them. I wouldn't recommend them to any one. He doesn't keep his word on anything.
