They require you to purchase shares of the seconda...

They require you to purchase shares of the secondary water at over $1,000 per share when you move to Draper!! Then you find out that it's smelly, salty and will kill any conifer, cherry tree or rosebud tree you'd like to grow. Thats because it's Utah Lake water for 3/4 of the summer. You won't discover this from Water Pro but from the local landscapers and field experience with plants mysteriously dying in your yard. The secondary needs more treatment. Period. But these jerks will never do it. Worst secondary water EVER!!

I have dealt with Salt Lake City water for years a...

I have dealt with Salt Lake City water for years and they are a pain in the but. However, WaterPro is the biggest pain of any utility I have ever dealt with. They don't care about the customer, they require visits to their office to set up service, change service, and they fail to actually do any administrative work. The front office staff are horrible and clearly don't care. Unfortunately its generally not the front line staff that are the problem but a top down attitude that WaterPro has a monopoly and will do whatever they want.

Nice people in the office, but their field employe...

Nice people in the office, but their field employees are terrible. They don't care about what damage they cause while working on their water lines on your property, then they leave a big mess. Water Pro, while you do have a right-of-way, you should instruct your employees to respect peoples property and at least treat it as if it was their own, as this is a reflection on you as a company. I guess you don't care tho, you are the only game in town!

It is hard to get good service now days and I can tell you one thing. From start to finish the team at water pro have their "A" game on! When Steven and Cory came to my home to diagnose the issue they got there fast and they were very patient with me and my concerns. They were very knowledgeable and professional. They didn't rush things. They made sure it was fixed correctly. Paige at the office was very responsive and had my concerns at heart the entire time. She made sure our communication was open and my concerns handled. Great job guys!

Coming from the other side (not a customer, a service provider in the system) I appreciate and applaud Paige and her team for doing everything they can to protect your water. They are all extremely knowledgeable and professional with thier duties, and to though it may seem to be harsh and unreasonable, no one wants to drink or bath in contaminated or polluted water. They are one of the best at backflow prevention and cross crias connection control. Everyone in WaterPro's service should breath easier knowing thier water system is doing thier job.

Great people, and service. Before I received my monthly bill, I received a call from Water Pro letting me know that I had crazy high water usage and that I probably had a big leak. After I found and had the leak fixed, Water Pro reduced that month s bill by more than 60%. Water Pro also installed a water-meter, which allows me to monitor water usage in real-time. Thank you!
