Lived there for 1 year, my advice: stay away from this building and specially its management (Ishraqah). First of all, they're trying to sell the building as high-end, luxury, good finishing. What luxury building has a water heater too small in bathroom so it's impossible to have a bath? Hot water is hardly enough to take a quick shower. After that you need to wash with cold water. I'm also wondering what kind of good finishing is that when the drain in the shower is the highest point... Let's not mention all the rest and the continuous emails from the management informing there will be maintenance in the building and they're sorry for the inconvenience. If still thinking about moving there, let's talk about the unprofessional behavior of the management of the building. For example you need to threaten them to report them to RERA for not giving you the keys of the flat even though all the cheques have been debited. Same issues after leaving the unit, they find all the excuses not to give you back the deposit on time.
In a nutshell, stay away except if you're ready to be ripped off just because there is a coffee club and a costa cafe downstairs...
