The food is great but they mess up my order every single time. I keep going back for the quality of their food but it s ridiculous how often I don t get the food I ordered, which is very irritating when I m picking up an order to take home.

Wonderful restaurant with very reasonable entree's. I love that they offer free kids meals with adult purchase on Halloween & Valentine's Day!
The original McAlister's! Friendly staff, good seating, and the menu you know and love. I'd rank it 5 stars, but the parking lot is small, and that can be a problem during busy hours.
Ordered online and paid. Was told on pickup that there was no online order despite reciept and withdraw from my bank account. DO NOT ORDER TO THIS LOCATION ONLINE!!!!!!!!!! Needing to go to headquarters for a refund.
3 out of 4 items were made incorrectly. Customer service sucks. No one apologized. Said they would remake it but once we got there they did not.
On the strip in oxford ms. Had the roast beef spud. Plenty big potato and lots of meat and cheese. It was really good. The ambiance was great, it is in an old converted garage / gas station. Lots of windows facing the road and they even left in the garage door. Very nice.
The cashier that we gave our order to was extremely rude. Didn t say thank you or anything. Acted like he was miserable to be here. The other workers were hollering and having a great time! Completely ruined our dinner
I ordered a kids cheese pizza and they gave me a piece of sandwich bread with marinara sauce and cheese on it. I should have checked it before I got home because I would not have paid for that.

the employees Need to work on communication skills when dealing with customers. An update on our order would be most welcome as opposed to them just standing around,gabbing and pretending as if no one was there.
Food was good. Seems things are slipping down hill from the past times we have gone. They was stengy with the gravy on the "Big N Nasty".
Stale bread, old fruit in cup, uncaring, and over priced. Complained with no response or care from management.
More historically interesting than Newk's, but the fare is very similar and Newk's across the street is less expensive and (in my experience) better and more consistent quality.
