Embassy brothers on the street and the consulate to conduct citizens' transactions on another street! Unfortunately they give you an appointment to conduct your transaction at the wrong address! !! After an hour of waiting for the embassy to open I am surprised that this is not the right place, even though they give you an appointment and give you the address !!
Fix the address and give people the address of the consulate instead of the address of the embassy!

When i renewed my passport they told me that it only takes 1 month but now is the month is finished and its nearly 2 months and no news from the embassy about my passport.. and whenever i call them they just telling me that they have no idea when will be finished..! So am wondering what are they doing!! Bad agents...

Website is out of date .passport system not working for ages ,too complicated processes ,beaurocracy is i in bearable
All I wanted is Iraqi passport for my kids who where born outside Iraq
The process requires Iraqi certificates which can not be issued unless from there
As if I am living at the corner from the nationality office

Always very busy and not allowed to use mobile so you can't kill you time in long queue.

You call! No answer.... you visit they tell you come back another day!!! Lol all for a 10min paper job!! Guys come on plz sort it out

I waited more than seven months ,yes 7 months for the IRAQI passport to be renewed ,then I went to get it they said we cannot give the passport as our system doesn't work I. came from outside London ,I paid a lot of money for transport ,the consulate needs big change by the embassy when you call them takes ages to reply you and even they not have an email address ,their phone voice mail is full since many years till now ,terrible and worst experience .

I have to say overall they were very helpful, especailly a gentelman called Mustafa who was genuinely keen to sort out my request and others, thanks all for the help!

This embassy is a joke!
We tried calling multiply times, even no email address to write for them.
It's so tempting to call the UK government to complain about this joke.

Please, someone shut this Embassy down.

I do called the Iraq mbc but they not answering the phone I don t no how to called pls help me if any one one have a friend just write the Facebook or leave some information form I really need it pls
