Their project monitoring division is very ineffective and unprofessional. They pass the work to the contractor, even if it suppose to be their responsibility

Elevators, conference rooms, etc. are on the second floor. The lobby (with a receptionist inside) opens up to showcase Maynilad's accomplishments over the past few years. Concessionaires like Maynilad are more than happy to entertain government representatives operating within their franchise area. Their staff include young and bright professionals, as well as experienced managerial employees. Unlike in Manila Water, I haven't tried drinking their tap water here, though.

Can't get through the hotline. We settled all our bills during ecq but still it shows unpaid. Then our July bill went up from 2000 last June to more than 4000 this month. Tried to call their office hotline but cannot get through as well
