Very Irresponsible!
Mayes Testing was referred to me to do a special inspection. They recommended proceeding with a special inspection before the city permit was issued. Upon completion they sent the results to the city instead of to me, the customer, and the city did not agree with their recommendation. They ended up costing me $1,500.00 in fees for performing special inspections prior to permitting. When I confronted them, they said they never told me to do that, and just told me to pay up.
