It was such a beautiful experience to eat there! The food is nice and the desserts are to die for!!!! It's a must if you are in Hertzelyia.

It's a dessert place... Don't expect much. Vegan burger is fine.

It was terribly bad. Over 15 minutes until someone took the trouble to relate, and only when we asked. Then I ordered a carp ... and after a few minutes they come and explain that there are no crepes. And then orders a cheesecake ... A few minutes later they tell me they'll make me a special crepe but I'm already in the cake ... but it turns out ... frozen then can not be served. I was fed up and ordered nothing but the one that was already ordered at first ... at least they did not charge him. Embarrassing and annoying

Courteous service, a nice restaurant with a large part devoted to chocolates and a rich dessert menu

The service is fine when its not rush hour, Cesar salad was decent, however generally when you are not looking for Chocolate based food, this would not be your firts choice.

Had the worst experience here a couple of days ago.
Arrived there late so there weren't that many people, but that gave them no excuse for the slowest service i had ever received in my life.
We ordered two hot chocolates which were served separately, and waited for a piece of cake for at least half an hour.
The highlight though was that after we payed they gave me back the WRONG credit card.

The food is great, but I always felt the service needed a bit improvement

Nice cafe, not cheap, with great atmosphere.
The place has both meaty and dairy dishes, there are noon business. The desserts are cool.

But if you sit outside, you probably won't notice.

The sweet stuff is very good. The reset isnt.
The kitchen isn't prepared for it... For real food look for somewhere else.

The kids really love the place, food and reasonable service.

Business is relatively lucrative and the portions are large, satisfying and delicious, but it has happened to me more than once that the service has been very slow.

Slow service and rude and patronizing employee. A terrible service experience that destroys the pleasure of the place

bad service. I was served spoiled fish. For a week I was with stomach ache and vomiting.

It was okay, crowded and service was lame.. But the chocolate is good

The food is okay, Max Brenner standard. The deserts are the main attraction. The seating tends to influence the experience service wise, that's also true for noise and comfort levels.

Poor food. Twice brought a thin, tasteless white orange smokey. Count the number of zips and the banana split was actually a fifth of the banana. We decided not to go back to the place anymore. Very disappointed.

Lacking vegan options. Place is expensive for the value.

Great place for breakfast and amazing chocolate and other sweets

The place for chocolate lovers. The only reason he didn't get 5 stars is the price which is relatively high. But disregarding the price, this is a restaurant / cafe that specializes in high-quality, delicious chocolate, dark and milky, solid or high-quality waffle liquid with integrated ice cream. A true celebration for special occasions.

Two days ago, I set up with my mother for a fun day, which began with choosing our favorite restaurant for breakfast and wonderful desserts in Max Brenner, Herzliya. We sat down inside the restaurant. The waiter was kind and welcoming.
We received the menus but realized that the menus were changed in light of the Corona period, and that there were no breakfasts at all (it is unclear why, in restaurants and cafes, they serve breakfast in order).
Despite the disappointment, we stayed to enjoy the rest of Max Brenner's menu, which we love so much.
We ordered toasts and quinoa salad.
While we were talking and looking at the design of the restaurant, we saw a number of bodies of cockroaches, scattered around the restaurant - and one just below the foot. I don't have to share how many from 1-10 I wanted to eat at that moment.
My mother and I, after all, decided to stay, and move to sit outside tables - where, surprisingly, it was clean. And yes, we admitted and warned about the dirt.

We got the meal we ordered. The toasts were delicious.
The quinoa salad ummm..least. much less.
Chunks of quinoa, diced sweet potato cubes, bland taste and the craving has come out. But this time it came out completely.

The feeling we get is: ---- We just opened, we couldn't clean ... -----
Another feeling is contempt for the customer. Although the waiter was very nice, and even apologized for the unpleasantness of the place, but when my mother came over to talk to the person in charge, she responded with an inadequate and very unsympathetic response.

I understand that the Corona era is slowing down. Many businesses, small and large, have to face an unbearable economic reality.
But come up with this whole package and unload it on customers? This is less likely to me.

Slow service. The dishes are different. Not the rich big breakfast. Not schnitzels and dishes that were before. The drinking was also different. disappointing

We waited for over an hour and forty minutes for the last meal when the place was almost empty except for three couples besides us. The food came cold and wet and burnt. Moderate to poor taste for both dessert and main course. The music was deafening and more than once it was necessary to shout so that the person at the table would hear. The waitresses are nice.

Choclate was good, the service was horrible, they told us to wait 30 minutes outside while a lot of free tables

Excellence service from Yuval. Great desserts. Best crepe burlee ever. Great milk shake New York. Delicious Chocolate Pizza. Cleaning bathrooms.

I don't eat milky so I ordered a vegan fondue, the vegan selection of desserts is small (4-5 servings only). The fondue cost 60 shekels and it is slightly fruit and melted dark chocolate. Really expensive wrong.

Good food, atrocious 40-minute wait service.
20 minutes waiting for an espresso cup.

Was delicious, prompt and courteous service. The dish of chocolate mess is highly recommended.

Looks nice from outside, thats it, mid food, deteriorated service....

Ordered a waffle and a belgian milkshake and both were really delicious and I enjoyed it a lot. The service was very nice and the place is pretty and cozy. The only issues we had is that one of the menus was dirty with chocolate and the pancakes some of us ordered took a long time due to a technical problem in the kitchen but they gave it to us for free to make up for it. Overall I really enjoyed my time there and would return

I loved that the dishes are excellent. But honestly the service was not amazing today. We came in and didn't even host, we just sat down ourselves. And by the time a waiter came to us to ask if we wanted a menu, they had a lot of time. The same goes until a waitress came to take our order. The dish itself but arrived quickly, we ordered sharing and was really successful.

Honestly just not worth it... the food is overpriced, the desserts are not that great (and way over exaggerated). Went because of a gift card and would have left otherwise. Seriously, just go somewhere else. Honestly feels like the place is slowly dying and is being held up by a whithering reputation. No complaint about the service.

Everything is delicious .. Lots of chocolate chocolate candy and surprise dishes as well as lots of regular and business dishes .. I really enjoyed it and recommend to everyone

Unprofessional waiters, I came to dine with friends 2 dishes out of 3 arrived 36 minutes late and one dish did not arrive at all (the place was at 50% full).
One of the dishes was with a caramelized banana with a burnt taste.
In the past the place was more pleasant to spend the evening.
Recommends refreshing procedures.

Sometimes they lack all kinds of things like pancakes. Good service minus. Average food.

Good cozy place. Not cheap, but with an outstanding service. Staff is very attentive and amiable. Rich business lunch menu and lots of chocolates as a great addition. Business lunch includes starter, main dish drink and a dessert(!). Mind though, that some of the drinks cost extra.

We were at Max Brenner in the evening, the place was relatively empty, the service started out as something good and the waiter was kind. We ordered a Belgian waffle and espresso (we were 2). After completing a transaction we noticed that we were also charged for things that booked another table, also 2 items.We paid attention to the waitress, and called the shift manager to check because we were charged for things we did not order. Of course we received a credit, but asked if the other table was also charged In the comments he answered yes, he felt that there was a "successful method" in place and a customer who noticed quietly simply earned and those who did not pay. The total waffle was delicious, the coffee arrived late, definitely over-priced, overpriced, overly industrial chocolate, nice service.

Worst service. The hostess asked me (while pregnant for the ninth month) to wait outside at 8 degrees. When the waiting period took about 50 minutes
Then we had to wait for dessert in 40 minutes while ignoring all the waiters.

It was o.k. not a lot to say about the place, maybe too sweet.

We visited the branch on 1.7.20 at 10am, the inside restaurant was overcooked, the cockroach and dead flies on the floor, there was no selection, the quinoa salad was old and not properly cooked, we got a toast with pesto and cheese, and a few single olives and a little mayonnaise sauce in a small saucer Without the very finest cut vegetables, for a rich double breakfast, we were very disappointed, this is not Max Brenner we know, and it is a shame we will not return to this network.
