Most unprofessional HR and management I have ever seen

I joined this company a year back.terrific work environment.liking it.everyone from managing director to collegues are very helpful.cheers!!!!

Totally fake company.......first they will tell you that they are genuine company , they solve technical problems relating to Microsoft.
After then they will teach u to how to cheat people by the name of WINDOWS SKILLED TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT. They will show u some videos and give u some scripts......u have read it again n again and u will automatically learn to fraud with people without your knowledge. They told you that u have to create urgency...like the customer's(overseas) computer is in high risk.....data can be stolen....then they will show to the customers their errors n warnings of computer through EVENTVIEWER(logbook of the computer). They are bunch of cheaters because they already know that this errors files are just nothing but some temp. files...... Every computer in the world has this types of files.......so they are just creating fake urgency and after that selling fake service and that is for $212(Gold Plan).
The whole training period is for max to max 7 days.
After then they'll send you for mock calls. N then their will be 3 mock call that you have to go through.
1st - Dev : he is a nice guy
2nd - Aaron : pakka chutiya. Jaha mila wahi pey gar dunga........m.c.
3rd - don't know
And after then they'll tell you that u r not good enough to fraud or to cheat with customers (overseas)........so u don't have to come in office anymore...... however they're not liable to pay u any amount for the training period.......

It's a worst place to work. They don't provide salary ontime. I also worked 2 month but they didn't given me a single penny.

One of the third class company. Third class management. Full of scam. I had worked with maven in total 15 days. At the 18 th day they told me to do not come there any more. They had shown me that my performance was not going good . But I knew and my department head knew about my performance. The actual reason of exit policy for me was that they don't want to pay my salary.. World's third class company

I joined this company after completing MBA. Its a great place to start one's career with. Lovely ambience, very helpful colleagues and above all a very good place to learn new things....

Maven Infotech Pvt Ltd the most third class company, management is very very bad, unfortunately, small mistakes and if they ever happen, they use a dog's face, so if you get a job call from here then do not go.

Maven is a BPO company, Located in Eco Space, Kolkata. But lots of nativities. Very bad procedure for interview. Before interview they will call you several times, but after interview they will not contact anymore. Very poor salary. Waste of time and energy.

If you want to spoil your career and time, you can join here. Worst company ever.

U can work at least 1 month in this company if u will see any problem regarding salary or miss contact then obviously u can charge FIR against this company

They call you for one post and offer you another post like cce/hr at the time of interview. Waste of time.

This is a scam company.. They train people to call foreigners with wrong name and also provodes training to speak in Australian accent so that the foreigners can be duped and they can steal money from them. They manage the foreigners to accept that there is an issue in their computer (which is actually not true).. IF YOU CAN STEAL FOR THEM IT IS OK.. OTHERWISE THRY CAN TERMINATE YOU WITHOUT PAYING YOUR SALARIES.. THEY HAVE NOT PAID MY ONE MONTH SALARY..

They called for interview but they only select for cce position.

Wasting your time doing nothing would be more productive and helpful than visiting this company for an interview. The HRs here are idiots they ask a fresher to sell them a phone, I am like are you nuts asking a fresher about sales topic. Even if you try to do so they will never appreciate. Worst ever experience there. I repeat do not ever try to reach there for job.

Located at the Ecospace building in Action Area II of Rajarhat, the office is very shabby and gives a feeling that its not a very good place to work. The interview schedules are never maintained and just to appear for the initial round one has to spend at least 2 hours sitting idle.

Excellent company will love to work in this company bcoz its environment is challenging

this is a scam company. You should never work here, you should never call for tech support. They're going to scam you out of hundreds of money, don't fall for it. Don't do it.

3rd class bpo Company I ever seen.
They tell you that they have various offices and it is just a UK based call center.
But seriously friends it is a fake and fraud company. They will tell you don't say your orginal name and say to customer that we are from Microsoft skilled team.
They don't use their original name
I worked there for 2days only.
Don't go there please cz again I am saying it's a fraud company.
Don't start your carrier from this type of fake companies like maven.
Be careful.
Any time without any reason they can terminate you.
So better choose a correct option for your carrier guys.
If you want any leave for your carrier aspect the people will say no problem.
But after joining they will not give you.
And yes one thing the seniors are behaving like they are an employee of Microsoft or Google.

Not good, when called for the interview was informed that there will be pick up and drop facility, but later the HR informed no pick up or drop facility will be provided. And transportation is not good.

Giving a review or rating would be waste of time. It's not a place for work.

I have joined Maven as a Customer Care Executive and withing a span of 4 months got promoted as a Quality Analyst through Internal Job Posting. I am actuality very much thankful to the management as they have seen my hard work and dedication and have given me the opportunity.
