My wife never received any notice of a $20 bill from Radiology Associates or we would have paid it. Today, we arrive a notice from a collection agency that our unpaid bill has been turned over to them to collect. My wife called Radiology Associates and she was told to call back tomorrow. This is very sad.

Received a bill for services I paid months ago. Sent them a copy of the original invoice and the receipt of payment and now I receive a collection letter. And all that for $39.15. Ridiculous.

As a physician myself I would never send someone to collections before billing them or even notifying them. They are contracted by Baycare. I really hope Baycare pulls the plug on these guys. My bill was $23 and they just sent to it collections with no notifications. Complain to Baycare these people don t care, just based on the reviews avoid them.
BEWARE.!!!! YOU WILL GET DOUBLED BILLED. I was told I had to pay cash upfront and once they receive payment from my insurance they would repay what I payed in cash. NEVER HAPPENED. 3MONTHS PAST STILL NO PAYMENT. but my insurance told me they made payment . Finnaly I called my bank where they had to call them. Rip off.!!!!!

received collection agency letters for bills I paid a month prior. It's not my fault they didn't process the payment timely. When I called the collection agency, they claimed their system was down. This is ridiculous and harassing billing practices.
Gave my information to put my bill on autobill and the money was taken out of my account regularly. Received a bill from a collection agency for $56.00. No one at the collection agency answers the phone.

Very unhappy of my treatment by this company. If I could rate them lower I would! 1 week ago I received a bill from a collection agency, I had never received a bill or notification of any issue. This must be there normal practice, what a waste of money! I have used them for many years. I will now look for another group to have my imaging done.
Wish they offered a half star option; ask every imaging center you deal with if they use this group and avoid.
Got a bill in 356.00 in the mail. It wasn t saying anything about what service it was for. Called to find out it was back in June which I had full Medicare for June and July. The lady on the phone named Nicole told me she couldn t bill it to them I had to notify Medicade didn t make any sense....then got disconnected! Called back talked with someone else and boom she submitted it right then and there!!! Got it tooking care of I Guess It Depends On Who You Talk With Crazy how one was lazy and someone actually helped and took care of it in the end!! I believe they were Double Dipping with that bill. So Fusterating in the end!! I wish I didn t have to pick 1 star because they don t deserve even a 1 Star Review
